Excellent and accommodating
Akash set up our drivers and was very accommodating of our group size and special requests, so much so that our group wanted to book another tour with the company the next day. Make sure you book directly through Akash as he will set up everything seemlessly.

Agra tour
Three main sites in Agra covered by an astute guide, Akash, who is no less than the owner of the tour company himself. We were guided quickly through the crowds avoiding the queues and hawkers. The guide was an expert on the three sites and accomplished photographer so we didn't miss out on shots. We spent most time 2 hours 30 mins at the Taj then after at Agra Fort. The so called baby Fort was a gem and we were guided to the unique craft work on the walls and ceilings so that we didn't miss the important items.

Fantastic experience in India!
I was on a biz trip and wanted to spend a day to visit Taj Mahal to make the most of my stay in India. Started my day from the hotel in Delhi and spent 3h in a comfortable ride to Agra before meeting the owner himself - Akash, who accompanied me throughout the day. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional! We talked along the way about history, stories and local whereabouts. I’ve learnt so much about Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj in a day, and moreover a lot about the history of Mogul Dynasty in India! Great experience and I’d definitely recommend him as your local guide to Agra, especially given he’s a local born and raised with a great passion for hospitality!

I had a wonderful day in Agra
everything went exactly as was scheduled (esp. timewise) and mr. Akash did a good job as a guide. folks without a local cell number: make sure that you do have a WhatsApp account, so you will be able to communicate with the agency.

This tour agency is honest and response quick to client’s needs
My experience with Akbran began bad but ended really well. Allow me to tell the whole story. The driver who supposed to pick me up at 6am only arrived at 7am. However the owner Akash managed to defuse my anger quickly. He apologized without giving any excuse, explained that it was a miscommunication within their staff and offered me complimentary breakfast and lunch buffet. His staff even met me at the highway rest station where we grabbed breakfast to apologize personally. The trip to Taj Mahal was of course good. The guide was great. He stayed with me the whole day including when I was having the lunch buffet and really made sure I’m happy with everything. He brought me to a local sweet shop to get some sweets when he knew I was going to meet an Indian friend next day. According to him, my friend in New Delhi would love the sweet because Agra is famous for that sweet. At the end of the trip, Akash met me personally to apologize again and owned up to his company’s mistake without making any excuses. Because I was short of Indian Rupee, he offered me to pay in my local currency (Malaysian Ringgit) or credit card. I chose to pay in RM because paying in credit card would charge me another 5% admin fee. Then another issue happened, the exchange rate was much more higher (>10%) than it should be and I didn’t know that. I happily made the payment in RM. Only when I arrived at New Delhi where I have access to internet I realized I would have paid with credit card if I knew the exchange rate. According to Akash, apparently India bank has a different rate than the international rate that I usually google. However, upon me telling him that the rate is much higher than I expected, Akash offered to deliver me the difference in exchange rate in cash to my hotel the next day before I flew off. As you can see, he really go miles further to make sure his client is happy. I appreciate his honesty and quick response, especially honesty, something that’s hard to find in today’s business people. So yes, I would highly recommend Akbran Tour.
