Reed Flute Cave (Ludi Yan)
pick up u from Guilin any hotel at 9:30 am, first destination is Reed flute cave, it will take 30 minutes to drive and reach this cave, there are 240 metres deep in this cave, it's a “U" shape, we have to walk around 500 metres inside, it will take around 1 hour ti visit it, with its location 7 kilometers northwest of the downtown of Guilin, the Reed Flute Cave is a brilliant cave marked on almost all travel itineraries. Inside this water-eroded cave is a spectacular world of various stalactites, stone pillars and rock formations created by carbonate deposition. Illuminated by colored lighting, it was reputed a natrual art palace. purchase tickets on-site with your passport for CNY90 each person.

Daxu Ancient Town
second destination is Daxu ancient town, from Reed flute cave to this ancient town, it will take 1 hour to drive and reach Daxu Ancient Town which is situated at the east bank of the Li River, 23 km (14.3 miles) southeast of Guilin City. Having a history of more than 1000 years, the town originally formed in the early Northern Song Dynasty and was the leader of four renowned ancient towns in Guangxi Province as early as 600 years ago. Fine examples of the town's long history include: the Gaozu Temple, the Hanhuang Temple built in the Qing Dynasty the assembly halls, and the two-kilometer long bluestone street lined with many well maintained buildings. While visiting the town, the Longevity Bridge cannot be missed. Built in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), it is a stone arch both natural and simplistic in its beauty. With the Li River at its west side, it is an excellent place to appreciate the charming scenery of the river. it will take one hour to visit it.

after visit daxu ancient town, take 1 and half an hour to drive and reach Yangdi pier, you will take electric bamboo boat for one hour from Yangdi pier to Nine horses hill dock where is the highlight of Li River, the scenery is like an artist's masterpiece. The landscape is decorated with startling hills, steep cliffs, fantastic caves and farming villages, and is lined with bamboo. In a Chinese poem it is written: "The river is a green silk ribbon, and the hills are jade hairpins". it is charged CNY140 per person. we need to purchase it on-site with your passports. one bamboo raft can only accommodate 4 people.

at 7:30 pm. we show you to a natural theater which utilizes the waters of the Li River as its stage, with twelve mist shrouded hills and the heavens as its backdrop. the hills and their inverted reflections in the river all become the ever-changing natural background. this theater is housed on the natural islands of the river, The valleys, the hills, the cool breeze and the gurgling streams are all elements contributing to the three-dimensional sound effect. you will have unique experience every time you watch it. This is really a new concept opera using nature as an integral part of its performers; hence its name - 'Human's Masterpiece Cooperated with the God'. after show ends, we return your hotel in Guilin around at 10.30pm. admission fee charge CNY328 each person. Wonderful day in Guilin
We spent the entire day (12 hours) with our driver/guide Jerry. He was very friendly, helpful and informative. Since we were using this 1-day trip to supplement a longer trip with a tour company, the planned itinerary included a few things that we had already done. We communicated this to Jerry and he suggested a few other options which we would have never considered. We had a wonderful day with Jerry and would not hesitate to recommend him to other travelers. He was great.

Unforgettable experience
Wow! Mind is still blown by the natural beauty of Guilin! Jack took care of us all day! Very knowledgeable about every stop we made. He was kind and patient with us. Took all the pictures we wanted him to with no problem. Knew all the best angles and viewpoints. This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Guilin. Very long day but well worth the time and money spent.

We had an amazing experience with our guide! He was incredibly kind, attentive, organized, and helpful throughout the entire tour, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. I accidentally left something in the van, and he went above and beyond by arranging to have it delivered to our next hotel at no extra cost. We truly appreciated his kindness, honesty, and exceptional service. We couldn’t recommend him more highly. Thank you for making our trip even more special! ❤️

Great all day tour
Jerry was an excellent guide. We felt verysafe in his driving. He was full od useful information during our tour. We did not feel rushed at all throghout the day. He also took us to a very nice restaurant for lunch. Lunch was delicious and cheap. The show at the end of the tour was very colourful and memorable. Thank you Jerry.

4 days in Guilin
We spent 4 enjoyable days in Guilin and Yangshuo. We rented a chauffeur-driven van from Jerry to service our group of 6 travelers throughout the duration of our stay. Mr. Su, the driver, is very helpful, courteous and service-minded and took good care of our needs. Although Jerry was not our driver, he took the time to meet us in person to ensure that everything was ok and even volunteered as our tour guide when we visited the Reed Flute Cave. The 9-seater van he provided for our group is relatively new and in excellent condition. All in all, we had a great time. I have no complaints but only good words for Jerry and Mr.Su. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you visit Guilin.
