    LOVE COOKING MAMA

From the garden visit to sitting around the table at the end as a family enjoying the incredible meal we prepared, every moment was amazing. Salvatore and “mama” go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. It was engaging and educational. We had an ABSOLUTE blast and couldn’t have asked for a better day to end our time in Sorrento. The communication leading up the class is informative and timely. Andrea answered any and all questions and is very responsive via email. HIGHLY recommend taking a class!! You’ll make fresh, delicious food and a bunch of memories together!

    Must do in Sorrento!

What an incredible experience we had with Salvatore, Andrea, and Mama. We not only enjoyed the cooking class but the family story and local knowledge added to the amazing experience. Absolute must do, we will be back with our family and do this again!

    Great experience!

We had a great time at this cooking class! The family garden is beautiful and it was so fun to see how they transform all of their homegrown food. Knowing it was their family garden made the whole experience feel authentic. The cooking class was lots of fun and we learned so much! Great hospitality and experience. This meal was one of our favorites from our whole trip! The class was a short drive from Sorrento but we loved getting to see the smaller more local town! I highly recommend this class!

Salvatore & Andrea were an absolute pleasure!

We had a great time, learned a lot, drank a little wine, laughed a little, had a spectacular meal, drank a little more wine, laughed a little more. A very enjoyable experience, well worth the money.

    +

That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 31 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Sorrento, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Around 11 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Sorrento and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Sorrento?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Sorrento?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
