Private Catamaran Half Day Morning Cruise: Kleftiko

Unforgettable experience!

This was the best private boat tour experience I’ve ever had. Maria and the entire team were so accommodating to our last minute change of plans. All of the stops they took us to were breathtaking, the food was amazing, and the crew had the best energy. We had so much fun and could not recommend them enough for an unforgettable experience in Milos. Thank you again for making our trip so special!!! ♥️

High hopes, big disappointment

We were so looking forward to this half-day catamaran trip in Milos, but unfortunately it really let us down. From the start, the crew didn’t explain anything about where we were heading, what the plan was, or even give us any kind of update along the way. It all felt very unorganised and a bit indifferent. The sea conditions were incredibly rough, which of course is outside of anyone’s control, but what made it worse was the lack of communication or support from the staff. On the return journey the boat was in such bad shape that almost everyone on board was sick — there was vomit everywhere, including on our bags, which was just awful. Because of how unwell everyone was and how much people just wanted to get off the boat, the final stop never happened. In the end, we still came back late, and the whole experience felt more exhausting than enjoyable. Overall, it was such a disappointment and definitely not something I would recommend.

Guests should always feel informed and supported, especially in difficult conditions. This is valuable feedback and we will review our procedures to ensure better communication in such circumstances. Final stop & timing: Rough seas occasionally force us to adapt the itinerary for the comfort and wellbeing of guests. While the final stop is optional, we understand the frustration this caused. Guest comfort: We also apologise if seasickness was not managed properly on board. While seasickness is unpredictable, our crew should provide assistance and maintain cleanliness promptly.

The best trio for an unforgettable private catamaran

Captain Dimitri and his deck hand George were fantastic hosts. Their chef (forgot his name) was wonderful as well. Chef prepared a three course lovely meal for us, filled with local ingredients and fresh herbs, fruit, vegetables. The dishes were made with love. Captain Dimitri shared a bit of history with us at every stop. George took care of all our needs. This trio is phenomenal and the best crew you can be paired with. We ended up requesting to end our boat trip sooner than planned due to jet lag and the crew were very accommodating. 10/10 would do this again!

Superb boat trip

The agency is very good advice. Captains are adorable, considerate and warm. The meal is delicious (snack, fruit salad, cold and hot buffet and sweet speciality from the captain's mother). We had a great time and the sea views are exceptional. We were able to swim despite the slightly cool period in April. The agency support is excellent.
