We had an incredible experience exploring Cartagena with Álvaro. From the moment we met, it was clear how passionate he is about the city and its history. Highly informative, knowledgeable guide
Our tour guide, Daniela, was very informative and was super friendly. Occasionally, we had difficulty hearing her since she was walking ahead of us and speaking while facing away from us. We covered a lot of the city and learned many things regarding its history. Communication leading up to beginning of tour was not to my satisfaction. I asked for confirmation and instructions on meeting place without response from the company. I did not receive a response to my inquiries until after we had found the meeting spot which corresponded with the start time of the tour.
