Walking on clouds
It was mid of December and there was lot of apprehension about the weather but as fate would have it we got a clear sky. As for the bridge I always thought it was a hype but going there did not reconfirm my thoughts. It's view and presence in the mountains boasts about the grandeur it exhibits though crowded ,walking on it is like walking on clouds. Worth a visit
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are delighted that the weather cleared up perfectly for your visit in mid-December—it seems like the mountains truly wanted to welcome you. We're especially glad to hear that the bridge exceeded your expectations and provided that 'walking on clouds' experience. Despite the crowds, we hope the grandeur of the view stays with you as a beautiful memory. It was a pleasure having you, and we look forward to welcoming you back for more magical moments in the future!

The Hands in the Heavens
A wonderland in the heavens. The clouds hadn't lifted so didn't get the view but amazing just the same. Something for all to do. The gardens were awesome.
Response from the operator: Dear Mr Alan, Thank you so much for sharing your lovely review with us! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that you described your experience as a “wonderland in the heavens” and found the gardens to be awesome—your kind words truly warm our hearts. It’s wonderful to know that there was something for everyone to enjoy, even with the clouds obscuring the view. We’re so sorry, however, that the clouds hadn’t lifted during your visit, preventing you from enjoying the stunning views. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, and we sincerely regret that the weather impacted your experience. We’ll work on providing better recommendations for optimal visiting times to help future guests enjoy the views, weather permitting, and ensure an even more magical experience. It would mean the world to us if you’d consider returning to witness the breathtaking views on a clearer day and see the enhancements we’ll be making. Thank you again for choosing us and for your wonderful feedback—it inspires us to keep improving. We hope to welcome you back soon! Warm regards, Duong Huu

A must visit in Vietnam
The bridge was held up by two giant hands. We went with a guide and I would suggest you need to do the same. Very crowded and lots of steps if you want to go to the top. Lots and lots to see one minute your in a European town the next you're in a Chinese village then your visiting a Bavarian beer hall. It also has a theme park. Then the return to the bottom on one of half a dozen gondolas. Fascinating day out for the whole family
Response from the operator: Dear Noel, Thank you so much for sharing your fantastic review with us! We’re thrilled to hear that you had a fascinating day out for the whole family, enjoying the unique Golden Bridge with its iconic giant hands, the diverse cultural experiences—from a European town to a Chinese village and a Bavarian beer hall—and the exciting theme park. It’s also wonderful to know that you appreciated the gondola ride back down and found the guided tour helpful. Your kind words truly brighten our day! We’re sorry, however, to hear that the crowds and the many steps to the top may have been challenging during your visit. We sincerely regret if this made any part of your experience less comfortable, and we’ll look into ways to better manage crowd flow and provide clearer guidance for guests about the physical demands of the journey, ensuring a smoother visit for everyone. We’d love the chance to welcome you and your family back to see the improvements we’ll be making. Thank you again for choosing us and for your valuable feedback—it helps us grow and enhance our services. We hope to see you again soon for another memorable adventure! Warm regards,

The bridge and cable car are amazing! Watch out for SunWorld though!
The bridge is stunning. Even better than we’d expected. When we first arrived it was very busy but it quietened down. The views are out of this world. The cable car was absolutely magical. As good as the bridge. We booked our tour via our hotel. All we wanted was to see the bridge and ride the cable car. We hadn’t realised that we were obliged as part of the tour to go into SunWorld at the top (it’s the rides which are optional). We hated every minute of that. It’s so fake. Like Disney World. Not our thing at all. Some people would love it though, so I mention this just so you’re clear you know what your tour includes! We weren’t and felt trapped and as though we’d lost half a day of our holiday. I think a taxi ride there would have been the perfect route for us.

Why this scores 50
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private car and cable car ticket to the Ba Na hills and Golden Bridge: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Da Nang.
How much does Private car and cable car ticket to the Ba Na hills and Golden Bridge cost?
+
Prices start at $56 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Da Nang usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private car and cable car ticket to the Ba Na hills and Golden Bridge take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Da Nang is not rushed.
Is Private car and cable car ticket to the Ba Na hills and Golden Bridge worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 27 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Da Nang, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private car and cable car ticket to the Ba Na hills and Golden Bridge?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private car and cable car ticket to the Ba Na hills and Golden Bridge suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 5-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Private car and cable car ticket to the Ba Na hills and Golden Bridge?
+
Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Da Nang can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Da Nang and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private car and cable car ticket to the Ba Na hills and Golden Bridge start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Da Nang within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Da Nang?
+
On Outty we rank every Da Nang experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Golden Bridge and Ba Na Hills Small Group Tour, Marble Mountains - Am Phu Cave - Monkey Mountain Sunset tour, Lady Buddha, Marble Mountains, Coconut Jungle & Hoian City Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Da Nang?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Da Nang?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
