    A wonderful taste of Brussels

Ine is intelligent and very knowledgeable with a passion for good food and great cooking. My son and I had a great time with her exploring the area and its niche offerings, from artisan bakeries and butchers to the view of the city from the courts of justice. She made us feel very welcome and at ease as we cooked and ate a delicious variety of food together; it felt like spending an afternoon with an old friend in a new city. We came away with not only new recipes and full stomachs, but memories we will cherish. Thank you, Ine, you deserve every one of those five stars.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your thoughtful and heartfelt review! We're delighted to hear that you and your son had such a memorable experience with Ine. It sounds like the combination of exploring local artisan bakeries, butchers, and hidden gems around the city, along with cooking and sharing a delicious meal together, made for a truly special day. We're especially happy to hear that Ine's warmth, knowledge, and passion for food made you feel so welcome, and that the experience felt like spending time with an old friend. Creating meaningful connections, sharing authentic local traditions, and leaving guests with recipes, wonderful memories, and full stomachs is exactly what we hope for with every Traveling Spoon experience. Thank you again for your kind words and recommendation. We hope to welcome you on another culinary adventure with Traveling Spoon in the future!

    Great evening with Ine.

This was a great evening with Ine. She walked with us around her neighborhood to market, bakery and butcher. We returned to her home and helped prepare a wonderful meal with appetizers, delicious asparagus and a chicken leak soup that really hit the spot. Wine was included. It was great to share a meal with such a gracious host. We left feeling like we mad a new friend.

    Never happened

Fix your stupid records. The tour was cancelled weeks ago and not by us but by the tour guide. Why I kept getting emails was very irritating

Response from the operator: Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to continue receiving emails after your experience was declined by our host, who is currently unavailable due to a medical procedure and unable to host until June. Unfortunately, we’re unable to locate a record connected to your booking. To help us resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please email us directly at reservations@travelingspoon.com with any additional details you may have. We sincerely apologize again for the confusion and appreciate your patience as we work to make things right. Warm regards, Aashi Warm regards, Aashi

    Elegant place with special menu

Very well-kept room, with adequate distance between tables. Attentive and helpful service. Well appetizers and first courses. Not exactly to my taste sweets (which in fact I avoided).

Private Brussels Cooking Class with Optional Market Tour with Ine: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Brussels.

How much does Private Brussels Cooking Class with Optional Market Tour with Ine cost?

    +

Prices start at $159 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Brussels usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private Brussels Cooking Class with Optional Market Tour with Ine take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Brussels is not rushed.

Is Private Brussels Cooking Class with Optional Market Tour with Ine worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Brussels, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private Brussels Cooking Class with Optional Market Tour with Ine?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Private Brussels Cooking Class with Optional Market Tour with Ine suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Private Brussels Cooking Class with Optional Market Tour with Ine?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Brussels can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Brussels and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private Brussels Cooking Class with Optional Market Tour with Ine start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Brussels within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Brussels?

    +

On Outty we rank every Brussels experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Brussels: Historical Walking Tour with Chocolate & Waffle Tasting, Hungry Mary's Famous Beer and Chocolate Tour in Brussels, Brussels Chocolate Beer Waffle and Belgian Whiskey All-in-One (Small Group) Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Brussels?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Brussels?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
