Beautiful day in Crete
We had a great time with our Captain Mikis. He took us to some beautiful coves and beaches. Boat was very comfortable for 4 people.

Best experience ever!
we had the adventure of our lives. the skipper Nikos was wonderful, he gave us the most complete and complex experience. he told us about every place we went, he took care of us, he encouraged us to jump in the water. and the most interesting thing was that he brought us seashells and sea urchins which he cleaned and gave us a taste, exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

Amazing experience highly recommend
WOW such an amazing day out! The skippers were very informative and friendly. They took us to spots around the island we would never have found without them. The boat itself is in top condition and we loved fhe complimentary alcohol! Would highly recommend this company boat hire over the others.

The best boat tour!
This boat trip was incredible! The tour was excellent from start to finish; we explored a cave, saw the most interesting coastal landscapes and the most beautiful untouched beaches. From the moment we got onto the boat in the harbour we felt relaxed. This is the best way to enjoy time with your family/friends/partner and see the best beaches and clearest seas in Crete. There was plenty of time to swim, cliff jump and relax with some complementary beers on the boat! You will not be disappointed from booking a trip with Seaze the Day!

Not What I Expected
We had a nice morning on the boat but it was not what we expected. Markos was our captain and he was wonderful, he had sandwiches and drinks which were good. When I booked this, I thought we would actually be going to Katholiko Monastery because under "what's included", ***Entry/Admission - Katholiko Monastery*** is one of the items listed. We saw the trail entrance at the gorge and were told it was a long hike to the monastery so we looked at the trail and left. The water the day we went out was pretty choppy, at least 3 foot swells and the trip to Seitan Limania Beach was not for the weak stomached. Markos did a good job surfing the waves but I would not call it a relaxing ride. We arrived at Seitan Limania Beach to learn we have to swim to it. He also said that normally there would be lots of boats tethered but there was only one other leading me to think most boats did not go out because the sea was choppy and the water was REALLY cold! He did give us some snorkels and had 2 sets of fins (there were 4 of us) but since we had to swim to the beach, we did not have anything to sit on and therefore relaxing at the beach was not an option. The water was really too cold for swimming so we just got back on the boat and drove to another location where we sat on the boat and had sandwiches. We were told we could ride back to the port on the boat or hire a taxi to take us back. We chose to pay for a taxi since the water was rough and like I said before, not a relaxing ride. Markos was lovely but would I do this tour again? No. Like I said at the beginning our expectations were different from the actual trip so I would advise clarifying what you are doing and where you will be going and I would suggest the tour group give customers the option of canceling or rescheduling when the water is not great for riding in a small boat and too cold and choppy for swimming.
Response from the operator: We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our boat and captain during your trip . Our aim is to provide excellent services to all our customers and we are disappointed to hear yours was not. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking good care of our boats and customers. Unfortunatley we can not control weather and water temperture . We will look into these matters and promise to improve our services in the future.

Private Boat Trip Chania Seitan (price per group-up to 9 people): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Chania.
How much does Private Boat Trip Chania Seitan (price per group-up to 9 people) cost?
+
Prices start at $900 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Chania usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Boat Trip Chania Seitan (price per group-up to 9 people) take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Chania is not rushed.
Is Private Boat Trip Chania Seitan (price per group-up to 9 people) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Chania, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Boat Trip Chania Seitan (price per group-up to 9 people)?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Boat Trip Chania Seitan (price per group-up to 9 people) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Boat Trip Chania Seitan (price per group-up to 9 people)?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Chania can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Chania and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Boat Trip Chania Seitan (price per group-up to 9 people) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Chania within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Chania?
+
On Outty we rank every Chania experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half-Day Rethymno Quad Safari, Elafonisi & Falasarna Small Group Tour from Chania w/snacks, Balos & Falassarna Beach - Jeep Tour with Loungers and Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Chania?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Chania?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
