A Dangerous and Unpleasant Experience
I recently booked a customized private cycling trip expecting a memorable adventure, but it turned into a nightmare. I specifically requested an enjoyable coastal ride, but instead, I found myself on busy industrial highways that felt unsafe. The bike provided was inadequate for a long-distance ride of 100 km and uncomfortable to handle. To make matters worse, the helmet was of poor quality, raising serious safety concerns. When I tried to raise my complaints during the ride, I received a careless response from customer service. All I heard was that the trip couldn’t be altered. After reaching a lunch stop halfway, I was told to go back the same unsafe route, which I refused. I ended up asking to stop the tour altogether. I spent $200 on this experience, which not only wasted a day of my vacation but also put my safety at risk. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a safe or enjoyable cycling experience.

Book the tour! Get on a bike!
Tour company was ultra accommodating since we only had one day in Lima and biking the Pacific Ocean was top of our list. Jose was a wonderful guide! He accommodated our tight schedule and helped keep my family safe navigating the busy city streets before reaching the coast. We contemplated renting bikes and doing this on our own and would have been a huge mistake! Book the tour! Worth every penny for the memories that will last forever!

Safe Fun and Informative
Our bike tour of Lima was very fun. Our guide was a walking encyclopedia of information. He clearly loves his home town and was happy to share his knowledge. He was very safety conscious and made sure that we were all safe in the times where there was traffic. Lima / Miraflores is a great area to ride, run, or hike.
