   Chateau Saint Thomas — a wonderful introduction to Bekaa wines Begin your wine journey at Chateau Saint Thomas — a respected family-owned estate producing wines from vineyards at over 1,000 metres altitude in the Bekaa Valley. The high elevation, cool nights, and warm Bekaa sunshine create ideal conditions for producing wines of real character and quality. The guided cellar tour takes you through the winemaking process in a clear and accessible way, followed by a warm and welcoming tasting of their acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon, elegant whites, and full-bodied red blends. 3. Chateau Kefraya

   Chateau Kefraya — one of Lebanon's most celebrated estates Continue to Chateau Kefraya — one of the largest and most celebrated wine estates in Lebanon, with over 300 hectares of beautiful vineyards stretching across the Bekaa plain. Kefraya is renowned for its flagship Comte de M red blend — widely regarded as one of the finest wines produced in the Middle East — as well as its aromatic whites and the celebrated Muse rosé. The guided tour moves through the impressive cellars and barrel rooms before a structured and enjoyable tasting of the estate's finest wines. 4. Chateau Ksara

   Chateau Ksara — Lebanon's oldest winery & Roman cave cellars Save the most unique and most memorable for last. Chateau Ksara is Lebanon's oldest winery, founded by Jesuit monks in 1857, and its most special feature is utterly unlike anything at the previous two estates — 2 kilometres of ancient Roman cave cellars discovered beneath the winery by the Jesuits in the 19th century, where wine ages naturally at a constant temperature year-round. Walking through these fascinating ancient tunnels is a truly special experience that visitors of all ages find wonderfully memorable — part wine tour, part history lesson, entirely delightful. 5. Zahle

   Lunch in Zahle — the Bride of the Bekaa End the day in Zahle — Lebanon's most celebrated food destination, known affectionately as the Bride of the Bekaa. The famous restaurant terraces along the beautiful Bardawni River serve some of the finest Lebanese mezze in the country — generous spreads of cold and hot dishes, grilled meats, fresh bread, and local wine in a wonderfully relaxed and scenic setting.
