Great wine experience
Absolutely fantastic day out in the Barossa. Great wineries and lunch and a fabulous guide in Charles, extremely knowledgeable and very funny. Would definitely recommend.
Response from the operator: Thank you Ian. It was a pleasure showing you around the Barossa, and I'm glad you enjoyed the wineries, lunch and a few laughs along the way! One of the pleasures of running private Barossa Valley wine tours for groups of four to seven is being able to keep the day relaxed and personal, with time to enjoy smaller cellar doors and the characters behind the wines. I'm particularly pleased you enjoyed the humour. A little local knowledge is useful, but a good laugh makes the day even better! Thank you for choosing Valley Wine Tours and for your recommendation.

Great experience touring Barossa Yalley
We had a fun day touring rhe Barossa with Charles. He has a great knowledge of the region and the industry. Each Winery we visited was interesting and had a deep connection to the Barossa. Lunch was delicious and we highly recommend this tour.
Response from the operator: Thank you. I really enjoyed showing the four of you around the Barossa. One of the things I enjoy about a private Group of Four tour is having the flexibility to choose wineries that suit the people I'm travelling with. The Barossa has some wonderful smaller cellar doors, each with their own stories, people and connection to the region, and I'm glad you enjoyed the mix we visited. It was a fun day from my side of the car too. Thank you for choosing Valley Wine Tours and for recommending the experience.

Fun catchup with friends
Charles was a fun, informative man, I actually said to him, we are enjoying our Mystery Tour, he took us to some beautiful smaller wineries where staff were lovely to us. Highly recommend 👌🍷🥂
Response from the operator: I had to smile at your description of it as a "Mystery Tour". Part of the fun is discovering smaller wineries along the way, each with its own character and friendly welcome. A day shared with good friends, good wine, and a few surprises is never a bad combination. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for recommending my tour.

Perfection!
We had an amazing private tour for 4 of us with lunch. Charles was amazing, a perfect mix of info about the area, knowledgeable about all the wineries and knows exactly where to go for authentic and not mass marketed experiences. Charles tailored it to our tastes and we couldn’t have had a better day. Highly recommend.
Response from the operator: It was a pleasure hosting your Group of Four Barossa Valley wine tour. As a Barossa Valley Guide, I always enjoy matching the day to the interests of the guests, mixing authentic cellar doors with the stories and personalities that make the region special. I’m glad the wineries, lunch, and relaxed pace came together so well for your group, and I really enjoyed showing you a more personal side of the Barossa.

A girls trip through the Barossa should feel relaxed, enjoyable, safe, and a little indulgent, so I’m glad the wineries and lunch venue suited your group so well. Private Barossa Valley Wine Tour for Groups of 4 to 7 with Lunch: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Adelaide.
How much does Private Barossa Valley Wine Tour for Groups of 4 to 7 with Lunch cost?
+
Prices start at $132 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Adelaide usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Barossa Valley Wine Tour for Groups of 4 to 7 with Lunch take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Adelaide is not rushed.
Is Private Barossa Valley Wine Tour for Groups of 4 to 7 with Lunch worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 72 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Adelaide, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Barossa Valley Wine Tour for Groups of 4 to 7 with Lunch?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Barossa Valley Wine Tour for Groups of 4 to 7 with Lunch suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Barossa Valley Wine Tour for Groups of 4 to 7 with Lunch?
+
Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Adelaide can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Adelaide and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Barossa Valley Wine Tour for Groups of 4 to 7 with Lunch start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Adelaide within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Adelaide?
+
On Outty we rank every Adelaide experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Adelaide Highlights, Hahndorf & McLaren Vale Wine Tasting and Sightseeing Tour, Premium Barossa Small Group Tour: Wine tasting, Lunch & Chocolate, Barossa Valley Hop-On Hop-Off Wine Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Adelaide?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Adelaide?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
