Exceptional Service and Heartfelt Hospitality from Olando!
We had the absolute pleasure of having Olando as our driver during our trip to Jamaica for my mother’s birthday, and he went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment he greeted us, his kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made us feel completely comfortable and cared for. Olando wasn’t just a driver he was part of the experience. He was always on time, incredibly respectful, and so pleasant to be around. He made sure my mother felt celebrated and special every step of the way. His attention to detail, patience, and friendly personality truly made our trip unforgettable. When we come back to Jamaica, we honestly wouldn’t want any other driver but Olando. Scam
They never picked us up or refunded us. We paid then they request $100 more the day of pick. So I don’t recommend them.

Upon reviewing our records, it is evident that you made a booking on January 26, 2025, at 8:33 PM for a transfer to Riu Palace Aquarelle, a resort located in Falmouth, not Montego Bay. Shortly after, at 8:51 PM on the same evening, we sent you a detailed email explaining that the rate selected was incorrect due to the resort’s location outside of the Montego Bay travel corridor. This message also outlined your available options, including rebooking at the correct rate or proceeding with the one-way service you had originally paid for. At no point did we refuse service or alter the agreed-upon terms after the booking was made. The $100 adjustment was not an unexpected fee but rather the correct rate adjustment necessary to accommodate a transfer to a different parish. Furthermore, we provided clear instructions on how to proceed, yet no action was taken on your part to confirm your preferred option. It is disingenuous to state that we failed to pick you up or that we unjustly requested additional funds on the day of your transfer. The facts are as follows: ✔️ We informed you in advance that your booking did not match your intended destination. ✔️ We provided options to rectify the booking, including a clear refund and rebooking pathway. ✔️ You failed to respond or make the necessary adjustments, resulting in no transfer being scheduled. We take pride in operating with transparency and professionalism, and we will not accept unfounded accusations that misrepresent the facts of this situation. We provided prompt communication, fair alternatives, and ample opportunity for resolution, all of which were disregarded. Should you have any further inquiries or wish to discuss this matter further, we are happy to assist.
