Great from beginning to end!
Great service from beginning to end. They reached out to us the morning of and then again right before our scheduled pick up. We were sent the drivers name and a picture of his vehicle. About 10 minutes before arrival, the driver (Armando) shared his location with us. Being able to track his arrival was great due to the construction at the airport. Once picked up, we had a very nice transfer to our hotel in the walled city. Thank you very much

Do not use this service...worse ever.
They communicated with me through whatsapp when i landed to get update. When we got out of the airport there was lots of confusion. We didn't know where to go and where our driver was. It would have been nice if the driver had a sign with my name like other ones we saw that would be waiting for us. It took almost 20 minutes before our driver picked us up. The worse part of this experience was, i asked to be picked up around 3 pm because our flight was landing at 2:30 pm. After the driver dropped us off at the condo, i told him it was pre paid which kind of surprised him...i also gave him 10,000 COP tip because he was friendly. Minutes later someone calls me demanding an extra 25,000 COP because we were late and that the original pick up was 2:30. He was very rude and very aggressive on the phone & hung up the phone on my face. I told him how can i reserve pick up at 2:30 when my plane lands at 2:30? This is the worst pick up experience i've had. i would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this service.

Despite this significant delay, our team remained on-site to ensure you were not left without transportation. • Schedule Changes: You requested to modify the pickup time twice on short notice. We accommodated these changes to be helpful, despite the logistical challenges they created. • Conduct Toward Staff: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the mistreatment of our personnel. Our staff reported aggressive and dishonest behavior during the interaction, which we find deeply concerning. • Service Integrity: Claiming "confusion" and "theft" is highly inaccurate. We provided the service in full, stayed well beyond the complimentary waiting time, and treated you with professional courtesy throughout the process. We stand by the quality of our service and the professionalism of our drivers. We regret that this was your perception, but we will always prioritize the facts and the safety of our team.
