- Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
- You may inform us at the contact numbers given above, should you be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the waiting time. We can try our best to arrange for the driver to wait pending their availability. Please note the driver reserves the right to impose a surcharge of SGD10 per additional 15 minutes of waiting time.

- Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.

Good experience - good communication
Driver was excellent. met us at airport - allowed time to take a pic of the waterfall inside, gave informative commentary during the drive to the hotel. All Good - using same company for return trip.
