The best experience with a very good tour company

We did a very good tour to Egypt with a good company with a good team helped us all the time starting with Mr Salah..all guides and drivers specialy Mo Sobhy in Cairo who we firstly met him. We also liked the way they organized the tour and all the details...we really liked Egypt and certainly we would like to visit it once more...Hotels were nice specially in luxur Cairo is very busy and crowded city but we liked what we visited there...the weather isn't so bad. Bakshesh is so common in this country... the food is wonderful... Finally we really recommend this tour and visiting Egypt in general with this company..

What an experience!!

Had an absolute great time, saw so many amazing sites, and had experiences we won’t forget. From initial correspondence everything was professional- with very quick communication via WhatsApp and email. Everything was taken care of without any issues. Our vacation was planned out perfectly with a personal guide and driver—had no Concerns. Guides were great, full of information not only about ancient Egypt and modern Egypt. They give you the best recommendations on extra side trips, where to eat, customs of the area etc Drivers were professional, on time, and safe. Lodging was nice and meals were more than enough to satisfy most people Highly recommend this tour company and this tour. Five stars.

Good at omitting things and push you to write a good review

Upsides: -the WhatsApp contact was available every time we needed it -there was always someone to pick up you at the airport -the guides are people who know about the topic Downsides: -on behalf of the agency, we have been pushed to write a good review in this website in front of one member of the staff (which, as you can see, we have rejected) -all the excursions are in a rush (you could only expect to spend a couple of minutes in those gorgeous places to "take a picture" as if that were the only thing that matters) -read carefully what is included!!! Some of the most important sight-seeings are not included (like Abu Simbel, Karnak and Luxor temples) -when it says "tipping is not included" it translates as neither your driver nor the guide are properly paid (even though the excursions are pretty expensive). They will be completely pissed off (and they could also apply pressure on you) if each person doesn't give at least a couple of dollars per attraction to each of them. THIS IS NOT THEIR FAULT!! IT SEEMS THEIR CUT IS RIDICULOUSLY SMALL COMPARED TO THE BENEFIT THE AGENCY GETS!! -we were exhausted of trying to be persuaded of booking as many activities as they could fit in our schedule (they made us feel we were not allowed to say no) -even when there was never time enough to enjoy the attraction we were at, they would always find a gap to set you in a shop for a demonstration of either parfum, stones, whatever... in order to press you for buying stuff It's a country in which many people are in need. We would have preferred to spend much more money in tipping if we wouldn't have been robbed by the prices of the agency as we feel we have been.

Response from the operator: You forgot to mention your racism about Islam and Muslims, It seems you forgot that all your trip you talking about that You hate Arab people and Muslim people. I think you got all that mentioned in your tour: Hilton Ramses 5* hotel in Cairo, you got MS Crown Emperor the cruise of TUI the biggest travel agency in the World, You got all transfers, all sightseeing, flight tickets Cairo/Aswan - Luxor/Cairo If you are not read what includes and what excludes this is your problem not of us, thank you mentioned we all time in contact with you and my guides were all-time beside you to protect you Tipping in all world and no one pushes you for this If you wrote itinerary carefully you will find there are optional excursions through the tour so you can keep it or leave it. Egypt has 1000.000 monuments so we can’t visit all these places so we put it as optional if our customer wants to visit. You must like the country that you tour it, We are not racism like you, You are welcome any time and we were happy to help you to see our Egypt land of 7000 years of civilization, Thank you

Great discovery of Egypt and a cruise on a souless boat

My wife and I had a fascinating time discovering Egypt. The tour company was great, professional with outstanding knowledgeable guides. Sadly the boat for the cruise was tired, desperately needing re-paint and without a soul, lacking attention to detail and so many things needing to be fixed, eg: it took me four tries before I could find a sunlounger that was not broken. Still, we had a great time, thanks to our knowledgeable tour guide Antoun (Tony) and the magic of Ancient Egypt. We highly recommend this tour operator but make sure that you don't sail on The Nile Dolphin. The other irritating point was the constant request for the expected large tips for the daily drivers, tour guides and anyone else we had to deal with... a constant pain. The highlight of our trip was the Hot Air Balloon ride in Luxor...sensational and memorable!

Review of my 7 day trip

This trip has been nothing short of extraordinary. From arriving in Cairo it’s been extremely smooth and well put together. We (my younger brother 22years in age, myself 30yrs old) enjoyed the pyramids and Sphinx a great deal but, the real fun came once arriving to Luxor. Once we landed in Luxor we were greeted by Rocky, a very interesting and fun man to be around. He and the driver Hunni (I’m sure I didn’t spell that right, I apologize!) treated us to sugar cane juice on our way to the ship & it was delicious. Rockys English is immaculate which is very helpful, and his knowledge of the ancient Egyptians is second to none! I’ve learned so much more than I ever thought possible on this trip thanks to him. The way he tells the stories are in such good detail it’s as if there’s a Hollywood movie playing before your eyes, truly amazing! Not only does he point out and explain many many things to you at each site he makes sure you fully understand and that you leave with no questions but he does so in such a manner that it feels as if you’ve added another friend to your group. In the 3 days we’ve spent together he’s saved me well over $150 by negotiating better deals for me while purchasing items & making sure that the quality is up to par! It’s easy to say that he’s been a blessing to us on this trip. My brother and I have felt very safe and well taken care of on this trip and created many memories and made what we hope to be a life long friend with Rocky!! We’ve stayed up on the ship drinking various teas and listening to him tell stories of Egypt past and present as well as sat in local coffee shops while my brother and I were enjoying shisha pipes he would tell us great stories of his past adventures that are so amazing that you almost hate for them to end! In closing I’ll say that this trip has been extremely great and so much of that is in part to Rocky so for him making this once in a lifetime experience even better I am extremely grateful! If you’re able to have Rocky as your guide be prepared to laugh plenty and make a new friend along with expanding your knowledge of all things Egypt! Thanks again rocky and I hope our paths will cross again my friend!!

Private 7-Night Cairo, Luxor, and Nile Cruise, with Flights: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Giza.

How much does Private 7-Night Cairo, Luxor, and Nile Cruise, with Flights cost?

+

Prices start at $150 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Giza usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private 7-Night Cairo, Luxor, and Nile Cruise, with Flights take?

+

Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Giza is not rushed.

Is Private 7-Night Cairo, Luxor, and Nile Cruise, with Flights worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 76 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 24 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Giza, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private 7-Night Cairo, Luxor, and Nile Cruise, with Flights?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Private 7-Night Cairo, Luxor, and Nile Cruise, with Flights suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 12. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 192-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Private 7-Night Cairo, Luxor, and Nile Cruise, with Flights?

+

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Giza can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Giza and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private 7-Night Cairo, Luxor, and Nile Cruise, with Flights start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Giza within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Giza?

+

On Outty we rank every Giza experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pyramids Sphinx Camel ATV Bike Shopping and Nile Dinner Cruise, Cairo 8 Hour Private Tour of Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum, Pyramids Sphinx and Grand Egyptian Museum Nile Felucca or Bazaar. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Giza?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Giza?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
