Best 3 hours ever
This was a once of a lifetime experience. We booked the private boat for us. We took a taxi from the cruise port to the port where we were meeting Vincent. I was able to text Vincent that we were on our way but traffic was making us late. Once in the marina my taxi driver spoke with Vincent to get us right in front of his shop. He explained to us that we could change into the wet suits now and get flippers to take to the boat. Once on the boat we made our way out of the marina, my sister was not ready for the speed and her hat flew off. They turned the boat right around to get it back for her. Half way to the snorkeling spot Vincent spot the boat and took pictures for us. Once to the most beautiful snorkeling spot that we had it all to ourselves. So many fish, star fish, and relaxing floating around. This experience was amazing.

Vincent gave us a wonderful...

Vincent gave us a wonderful experience!! He went to a lot of trouble to make the experience something we will never forget! He went out of his way to pick us up at the old harbour that was close to our hotel - thanks a million Vincent! Driving over the clear water on our way to the snorkelling spot was awesome. The snorkelling fantastic...but most of all Vincent's attentiveness and care of us all was one that speaks of someone who really cares about people. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely snorkel with Vincent again.

We were so lucky to have found...

We were so lucky to have found Vincent and this private tour. It was a little tricky to find the place because the car navigation doesn't understand one-way streets but once we did it was amazing. Vincent and his team were immediately warm and welcoming and got us set up with wetsuits and snorkel gear in no time. He explained everything and we left the harbour in Marseille to set out for the special spot.
It did not disappoint! After a brief and very interesting tour of the islands and the harbour we proceeded to an amazing spot with crystal clear blue water to snorkel.

The water was gorgeous and clear and we saw beautiful fish, an octopus, sea cucumbers, anemones and urchins! A spectacular spot made only better by Vincent who was so warm and friendly. We were not rushed, the water was amazing and the sights even better. He was a fantastic guide and if you're looking for a great family-friendly, one-of-a-kind activity on the Mediterranean you cannot go wrong. I would not hesitate to recommend Vincent and this tour to anyone. You must go!

Merci beaucoup Vincent, we had a truly memorable adventure!

Private 3-Hour Snorkeling Tour near Monte Cristo from Marseille with Guide: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marseille.
How much does Private 3-Hour Snorkeling Tour near Monte Cristo from Marseille with Guide cost?
+
Prices start at $260 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marseille usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private 3-Hour Snorkeling Tour near Monte Cristo from Marseille with Guide take?
+

Is Private 3-Hour Snorkeling Tour near Monte Cristo from Marseille with Guide worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 42 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Marseille, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private 3-Hour Snorkeling Tour near Monte Cristo from Marseille with Guide?
+

Is Private 3-Hour Snorkeling Tour near Monte Cristo from Marseille with Guide suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 10. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Private 3-Hour Snorkeling Tour near Monte Cristo from Marseille with Guide?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marseille can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marseille and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private 3-Hour Snorkeling Tour near Monte Cristo from Marseille with Guide start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marseille within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Marseille?
+
On Outty we rank every Marseille experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Marseille Food Tour – Full Meal of Local Tastes by Do Eat Better, Beyond Bouillabaisse: Diving into Marseille’s Multicultural Stew, Marseille Guided Tour for 4 Hours with a Bilingual Local Guide. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Marseille?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Marseille?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
