Beijing Family trip made amazing!
Our family had an amazing experience in Beijing, and a huge part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Michael. He was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire trip, always taking the time to explain things in detail and answer all of our questions. His knowledge really brought each site to life and made the experience much more meaningful. Traveling with young kids can sometimes be challenging, but Michael was absolutely wonderful with them; engaging, kind, and understanding. He made sure they were included and enjoying the experience just as much as the adults. What truly stood out was how accommodating he was. We had to make a last-minute change to our final tour date, and Michael handled it seamlessly without any stress, which we really appreciated. Overall, Michael made our Beijing trip unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the city.

Amazing Tour and Experience in Beijing with Terry and Private Beijing Trips!!!
What can I say about Terry and Private Beijing Trips?!!! My Husband and I were lucky enough to experience a three day private tour of Beijing with Terry last week and cannot be happier! From my first email to enquire about his service to the final drop off after day three, Terry and his driver were most professional, yet friendly and warmly welcomed us and helped us make the most of our time in Beijing. Terry responded to my initial email enquiry within a short time which was a relief and his English, both written and verbal is excellent (he studied English for 5 years at top university in Beijing). We had a few places in mind which were on our 'must see' list to visit and Terry put together an itinerary for us as well as suggesting and taking us to a few extra places over the days and recommending others when we asked. In the three days we covered Tiananmen Square and surrounds, Forbidden City, Lama Temple (massive Buddha carved from single tree - in Guinness Book of Records), Summer Palace, hutong's, Olympic Park (Ice cube and including entry into Bird's nest Stadium), Temple of Heaven, two different markets for shopping at my request, restaurant recommendations again at our request. Terry reiterated the itinerary was flexible and tailor made for us. When it came to visiting the Great Wall we were unsure which section of the wall to visit. Glad we listened to Terry's guidance and we had the most perfect day at Mutianyu. Our days on tour fell on a Saturday, Sunday and Monday and my Husband and I had originally planned to visit the Great Wall on Sunday, but Terry suggested we go on the Monday instead as it would be less crowded.. He even checked the weather conditions for us. It was things like this, as well as organising all entrance tickets beforehand, his expert advice, his English, his knowledge of China both present day and it's history, his pleasant and friendly demeanor, his clean new and comfortable air-conditioned vehicle, water bottles, great and patient driver (both Terry and his driver would open the car doors for myself and my Husband each time we got in and out of the car!), that allowed us to make the most of our time in Beijing. Terry and Private Beijing Trips, we thank you for making our visit to Beijing a memorable and pleasant one we will never forget! Wouldn't have experienced Beijing like this without you! Anyone looking to book a private tour or any tours with Private Beijing Trips, do it, highly recommend - 10 out of 10 for us!!

BEIJING 3 DAYS TOUR
We just had a great 3 days jam-packed tour of Beijing Tienanmen Square, Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, Mutianyu Great Wall, Beijing National Stadium "Bird Nest" and "Ice Cube". Temple of Haven and Summer Palace, Tea shop and local fruit and bakery markets. At night we went to Huangfujing market and Peking duck at Qianmen Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant (Huangfujing location) and excellent dim sum at Jing Ding Xuan 24 hour Restuarant (Dong Cheng location). Feeling a bit rush but it was a well worth it awesome experience. Thank you so much again Terry!

Why this scores 68
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private 3-Day Beijing With Mutianyu Great Wall, Summer palace: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Beijing.
How much does Private 3-Day Beijing With Mutianyu Great Wall, Summer palace cost?
+
Prices start at $195 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Beijing usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private 3-Day Beijing With Mutianyu Great Wall, Summer palace take?
+
Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Beijing is not rushed.
Is Private 3-Day Beijing With Mutianyu Great Wall, Summer palace worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Beijing, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private 3-Day Beijing With Mutianyu Great Wall, Summer palace?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private 3-Day Beijing With Mutianyu Great Wall, Summer palace suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 72-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private 3-Day Beijing With Mutianyu Great Wall, Summer palace?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Beijing can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Beijing and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private 3-Day Beijing With Mutianyu Great Wall, Summer palace start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Beijing within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Beijing?
+
On Outty we rank every Beijing experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mubus: Mutianyu Great Wall Bus Tour with Summer Palace Options, Beijing: Top 6 Highlights All Inclusive 2-Day Private Tour, Private Mutianyu Great Wall Trip With English-Speaking Driver. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Beijing?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Beijing?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
