Not worth the price
It would be better for you to book the individual tours on your own, which would be more cost effective and better timing for you (the Scavi tour is a must see in our opinion). When we booked, we were told it would be a 4-hour or so experience but in reality, it was 8-hrs with large gaps of time in between the specific tours (which would have been fine had we known beforehand - we did not know this until the morning of). The person who we met in the morning did not go with us on the tours, instead we were handed off to other people which overall was confusing. Like another review mentioned, we also had the start time change the night before and we were required to pay an addition 55 euro in cash per person the day of the tour.

Chaos in Vatican!
This tour was not explained it is broken into 3 separate tours - a bot chaotic! There was no assistance provided to transition from one to the next. The Sistine Chapel segment was canceled due to activities in Sistine chapel. The company didn't offer any alternative (later time slot maybe) and i want part of my payment refunded.

Not worth the money...coordinate it on your own for less.
I need to break this review up into two sections. 1. the tour was comprehensive and the tour guides we had were very good. A thorough view of the Vatican, all in one day. 2. I don't think this was worth the money. You can, with alittle effort, coordinate this on your own for about $100 less. The "what's included" section states admission is included, however it also states it is not. The $150 price does not grant you admission. You have to pay an additional 55 euro per person on the day of the tour. And it was 8 hours straight of tours, with no break for lunch as indicated in the sample itinery. We had to run through the Sistine Chapel in 5 minutes in order to get ourselves out of the museums and over to the Scavi in time for the tour. We were told to meet the guide at 9am. The night before we received an email stating 845am and then another stating 830am. When we arrived at 830am, the guide we met told us we were late as we were supposed to be there at 810am according to her records. You are escorted into the Vatican museums and then are handed off to a regular guide and on your own for getting to all the other tours on time for the rest of the day. All in all, not worth the money for what you can coordinate for less on your own.

Wonderful tour!
Agnes was a very informative guide. It was a little confusing that she would only handle the hand off to the Vatican Garden/Museum guide and the Scavi Guide! Her knowledge and enthusiasm of the Sistine chapel was wonderful and the intimate details she shared were things that only an experienced person would know to look for! I would hands down have her be our guide again! It would have helped to know that our tour went from 7:30 - 4pm with short breaks in between!

Amazing guide and ugly agency
Originally I booked 5 tours (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Necrocopolis, Vatican Gardens, Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel). However, the night before the tour that started at 8am, I was notified via SMS that more than half of my tour had been cancelled. That was a huge disappointment! They tried to schedule for another day, but I couldn't because those were my last days in Rome. Clearly there was no planning because the reason for the cancellation was because the tickets were exhausted. I scheduled in advance to avoid having this kind of problem. The guide of the only tour I did (St. Peter's Basilica), was amazing, however, I can't make a good rating for this agency in the face of the confusion they made. I paid for 5 tours and still haven’t received a refund. I'm having a bigger headache.
