Awesome 15 night Tour of Cambodia and Vietnam and Great Customer Service
Just completed a 15 night private tour of Cambodia and Vietnam arranged by Viet Prestige Travel and specifically with Ms Loan Do. Ms Do was referred to us by some friends who used her and her agency last year for their own private tour. They raved about how accommodating, flexible, and responsive Ms Do was from the planning to the completion of the trip. Bottom-line, they were absolutely right and we appreciated her ongoing communication and responsiveness with us throughout the whole process answering everyone of our many questions. Our group had our own flexible needs and initially started off with about 6 people and eventually ended with 10 people in our private group. A few of our group had requests for skipping the initial 2 night part of the tour in Cambodia and joined us in Ho Chi Min for the remainder of the tour. My own requests included wanting to book my own separate hotels in two of the cities in the itinerary due to my preference and status for Hyatt hotels, and since I was at it, ended up booking directly with the other hotels that Viet Prestige arranged for the remainder of the group along with the internal flights in Vietnam. I am an experienced traveler and wanted the flexibility to cancel any part of those arrangements if needed and that would have been easier with direct bookings. Well, Ms Loan did not blink an eye and readily allowed me to make my own arrangements for myself and my wife and provided the appropriate breakdown of costs. In fact, she provided a few different scenarios including for those who were skipping the Cambodia portion of the tour and also booking their own internal flights and one individual who needed a single supplement in Cambodia. I was initially afraid that it would be too complicated, but Ms Do readily accommodated all of our specific needs. The tour itinerary itself was pretty good as we pretty much followed the recommendations from our friends who enjoyed their tour so much. The guides and drivers overall were very good and always met us on time and took good care of us. We gave Ms Do a couple of suggestions when we met her at the end of the tour on how one or two of the guides might have improved (i.e. focus more time on one site vs another), but nothing too substantial. The choice of hotels selected were all of 4-5 star level. The only comment there was one or two of the hotels were a bit further from the central old town areas of the cities and wasn't quite as convenient when we had our own down time to explore on our own. All in all, it was a very good trip and made all the better with the support and planning by Ms Do. Everyone in our group of 10 had a great time and would highly recommend Ms Do to others. I am very pleased and happy that we planned our six-person march '26 Vietnam-Cambodia-Laos trip (from Turkey) directly with Viet Prestige Travel. We booked our trip to Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam through Viet Prestige, and everything went very smoothly. Ms. Loam was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating to all the changes I requested—she truly exemplifies excellent customer service. The itinerary was very well organized, the hotels were comfortable, and both the guides and drivers were professional and reliable throughout the trip. Viet Prestige arranged everything almost perfectly. I highly recommend them for anyone planning a trip to this region.

Vietnam in the heart...
We relied on this agency for our 15-day Vietnam itinerary with a tailor-made private tour for two people (free from everything) and we couldn't make a better choice! Young agency with a lot of expertise, always available to assist you H24 and respond in case of need... Departure from the south and arrival in the north with an Italian guide for each area for a more detailed explanation of the places visited, excellent and clean hotels proposed with friendly and welcoming staff and always in a strategic area near the center! We were even offered a dinner by them as a thank you for the trip! What about congratulations and we can only recommend this agency with closed eyes! All right!
