Good tour for the money with some issues
The female guide English became more difficult to understand the quicker that she spoke. The end of the tour dropping off point was not coinvent place in the dark to try to find a uber back to our hotel. The guide often walked a break neck speed and did not leave clear directions on where the group could meet her when they jogged to met her. She was extremely knowledgeable. The manager at the Hotel where we ate the meal that was included acted like he was angry he had to serve our food. The food was good and quick to the table.

Amazing trip but too many people
We felt like Viator is booking entirely too many people on one tour, and not taking into account how many other tours are all at the same place at the same time. Our tour director was amazing, and worked exceptionally hard to make sure we had the best possible experience, however we felt mobbed in and crowded everywhere we went. We were jammed in tight with tons of others at the museum. And although you have no control over this, we both ended up sick following the tour which affected nearly the whole second week of our trip and the jammed close herd of coughing people we were in probably partially led to our catching the flu.

The guide told us we needed tickets to the Musuem but that was already included. We paid an extra $40 for tickets we did not need.

Great Experience
Met at the location and time, very easy to locate. Checked in and boarded the bus. Our guide. Julia, then explained what the day was going to consist of. We did everything the itinerary stated. What made the tour so special was Julia. She was so informative on Greece as well as all the locations we visited. Her education and knowledge of the archaeological ruins is amazing and perhaps second to none. She made sure she kept us aware of the meeting point and time for each stop as well. Made sure we were all accounted for before leaving each stop. Julia is definitely in the top tier of guides that I’ve had and that’s from my experience of 500 plus tours over the past 20 years or so. Really enjoyed the entire tour and day that we spent visiting Delphi and Arachova.
