Professional, despite unforeseen circumstances
Unexpected heavy snow delayed our driver for about 20 minutes, then slowed us on the highway. Then an unexpected mechanical failure in the car left us stranded on the highway. Despite the hiccups, the driver behaved very professionally, kept us informed and safe, and the company provided a new driver who arrived an hour later. Both drivers were professional and courteous and assisted us in finding food and a clean toilet. We arrived at our destination about an hour later than planned. Missing the stop in Regensburg was a disappointment, but that was our choice because of the timing, and no fault of this company. Traveling always has risks. This company handled the situation professionally and thoroughly, and appeared to keep our comfort and well-being as a priority.

Great driver Great services Great Trip
Our driver Jan was great. He did his best to meet our expectation. We stop by Regensburg. We stop couple of times for restroom. We stop for coffee break. We love to see small town and village; drive through country road; Jan did it all for us. Jan also provide us many tours informations for our next few days self guide trip. We made a good decision to ride with Viator instead of take train or flight from Prague to Munich. We would like to give this review 5 star + 1. 😁

Road trip from Prague to Munich
