Avoid Prague Boats at all costs!
Avoid Prague Boats at all costs! We booked a cruise expecting a pleasant trip, but it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. It was an incredibly hot August day, and we were left sitting under the blazing sun for the entire trip. The staff knew perfectly well that the passengers were deeply uncomfortable and suffering from the heat, yet they completely ignored us. When I tried to ask them for help or to create some shade, they were shockingly rude, aggressive, and basically told me to get lost. The worst part is that there actually WAS a closed, shaded indoor area on the boat where we could have moved. However, the staff deliberately hid this fact from us! They never offered it as an option and only mentioned it at the very end of the trip, when everything was already ruined and it was too late. This is a complete lack of basic human respect and customer service. They watch you suffer, refuse to give clear information, and treat you like garbage. Save your money and go with any other company!

There is no shade. You...
There is no shade. You are left baking the sun. The welcome drink is a syrupy concoction that draws wasps. I was stung. The service was indifferent.

Solid experience
Overall, we had a good experience. The trip was well organized, everything went smoothly, and the staff made sure everyone was comfortable. I wouldn’t say it was anything extraordinary, but it was exactly what we expected. Everything was well arranged, and we enjoyed our time on the boat. A solid experience that I’d be happy to recommend.

Nice and relaxing
We were on the Grand Bohemia boat, which was clean and very nice. The buffet was good and included some items like soup, cheese, salads, several meats and desserts. There was a performer singing and playing the accordion. There is an upper deck that was not enclosed or you could sit indoors and look through the windows and glass dome. The boat does go through the locks. Service was good and we enjoyed the boat ride. They did have several drinks you could purchase.

Great view with good food
Great food and view. Wife and kids enjoyed it. Get to see Prague from the river was amazing . It wasn’t the fullest 2 hr tour but it gets boring after a while. The waiter was insistent on tip which was annoying but otherwise overall good

Prague Glass Boat Lunch Cruise with Scenic Views (2 Hours): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Prague.
How much does Prague Glass Boat Lunch Cruise with Scenic Views (2 Hours) cost?
+
Prices start at $34 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Prague usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Prague Glass Boat Lunch Cruise with Scenic Views (2 Hours) take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Prague is not rushed.
Is Prague Glass Boat Lunch Cruise with Scenic Views (2 Hours) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 384 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Prague, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Prague Glass Boat Lunch Cruise with Scenic Views (2 Hours)?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Prague Glass Boat Lunch Cruise with Scenic Views (2 Hours) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Prague Glass Boat Lunch Cruise with Scenic Views (2 Hours)?
+
Around 134 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Prague can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Prague and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Prague Glass Boat Lunch Cruise with Scenic Views (2 Hours) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Prague within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Prague?
+
On Outty we rank every Prague experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best Reviews: Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland Day Trip From Prague, Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland From Prague-Travelers' Choice 2026, Prague Essential Tour Old Town and Jewish Quarter. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Prague?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Prague?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
