Worst experience ever. Charge $20 per bag & Security was rude management got involved and is reporting to their bosses’

Response from the operator: Hello "Amy F" I am sorry to say we can not find any such order for anyone by your name in the past week being transported from here in Port Canaveral to the Brightline train stattion at MCO Orlando Airport by our organization. I see the anger in your words about an incident you may have had with another organization, that is indeed terrible, but please be advised we were not involved, and I have applied for a review of your review thru TripAdvisor for re-assignment of your posting.

Adjusted schedule and helped out when we had a problem with our luggage getting off the cruise.

This was our first time using this transportation service and it won’t be the last. Frank picked us up in Port Canaveral for a trip to Orlando. After we shared with Frank that we were missing a bag from the terminal he asked what we wanted to do about the bag. As we wanted to retrieve it, we would have to wait outside the terminal for a couple hours until they could find it and bring it out to us. Instead of that Frank made a call and adjusted his schedule. He also made a call to a hotel nearby and asked if we could stay there until the bag showed up. Frank went above and beyond and respected our wishes to wait. When we were ready he picked us up for the Orlando Airport destination. We really appreciated the way Frank handled the hiccup and how he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. We will definitely use this service again. I give 5 stars because you don’t know the measure of a service or company until they are dealing with and customer problem even when it is not theirs.

Response from the operator: We are happy to help, and we appreciate your review! Thank you!

Port Canaveral Cruise Ship to Brightline Orlando Train Station: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cape Canaveral.

How much does Port Canaveral Cruise Ship to Brightline Orlando Train Station cost?

    +

Prices start at $171 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cape Canaveral usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Port Canaveral Cruise Ship to Brightline Orlando Train Station take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cape Canaveral is not rushed.

Is Port Canaveral Cruise Ship to Brightline Orlando Train Station worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cape Canaveral, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Port Canaveral Cruise Ship to Brightline Orlando Train Station?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Port Canaveral Cruise Ship to Brightline Orlando Train Station suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Port Canaveral Cruise Ship to Brightline Orlando Train Station?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cape Canaveral can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cape Canaveral and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Port Canaveral Cruise Ship to Brightline Orlando Train Station start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cape Canaveral within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cape Canaveral?

    +

Cape Canaveral is built around Port Canaveral and the Space Coast: Kennedy Space Center trips, launch viewing boats, cruise transfers, deep-sea fishing and dolphin tours in the Banana River. On Outty we rank every Cape Canaveral experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventures ticket, Port Canaveral to Orlando Airport MCO and Hotels Private Transfer, Dolphin & Manatee Kayaking Tour in Orlando Area. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cape Canaveral?

    +

Year-round; book around published launch windows. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cape Canaveral?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
