    More than a transfer

This was more than just a transfer from Naples to Positano. Iaccarino took care of everything. They arranged a fantastic tour guide in Pompeii, who is an actual archeologist, and we were able to customize our tour. They also took us around all of the traffic in Sorrento, because they know the area, and recommended a great spot for lunch. They added so much value to our trip. It was fantastic!

Tony picked up my son and I from the Naples train station, drove us around Naples and told us some of the history. We had time before our Pompeii tour so he dropped us off and told us a few must see areas of Naples before picking us up an hour later to drive to Pompeii. Amazing Tour and Service

We had a great experience with Tony and his company! Tony picked us up from the train station in Naples, took us to an amazing lunch and wine tasting, and then on to Pompeii where they provided us with a guide and tour. From there Tony drove us to our hotel in Positano. The entire experience was excellent, Tony was with us throughout and provided friendly service and offered us lots of knowledge about the area. We also used the company for an early morning transfer from our Positano hotel to the Naples airport which was also a great experience, the driver was on time, friendly, and familiar with the area which was very helpful in navigating the unique traffic and roads of Positano to get us through without issue. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Tony!

    Highly recommend

Excellent tour. Our guide/driver was on time, courteous and friendly. We got to see the beautiful towns of Sorrento and Positano with time for shopping and lunch as well. Then we went to Pompeii where a local guide gave a highly informative tour which was fascinating. Overall, we very much recommend the tour.

Is Pompeii-Sorrento-Positano tour from Naples, with licensed guide included worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 19 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Naples, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Naples?

    +

On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Sorrento/Naples/Salerno, Caserta Royal Palace & Gardens Small Group Tour with Shuttle, Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Naples?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Naples?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
