    Very nice!

We were very pleased with our transfer! Our time was limited due to a change in our cruiseship boarding time, but they served as well! We were on time on the ship and we are very grateful for the service! On our return, we will definitely prefer the same company again!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re very happy to hear that our service met your needs, especially with the limited time due to the change in your cruise schedule. Ensuring you reached your ship on time was our priority, and we’re grateful for your appreciation. We look forward to welcoming you again on your return!

    To absolutely avoid !

Don’t do if you want to avoid last minute stress and bad customer service. It’s with our lawyer now: We hereby submit a formal reclamation regarding our confirmed and prepared Ride of a van, wherein the assigned agent unilaterally substituted the booked van with a standard car without prior notice or consent. This constitutes a material deviation from the agreed service terms and resulted in inconvenience and potential loss of utility. We request prompt clarification, rectification, and appropriate compensation for the non-compliant service.

Response from the operator: Thank you for the review. However, the reality is completely different! You booked a transfer for 2 people from Athens to Piraeus port through the GetTransfer app. The cost you paid was €20 for a transfer for 2 people. When the driver arrived, 5 people showed up with a total of 11 suitcases. We contacted you and explained that the driver would only transport the 2 people, as the booking was for 2 customers and therefore the transfer price was only €20. Your response was to forcefully try to get 5 people into the vehicle. You attacked 5 adult Germans on a driver who is an employee. We explained to you that we do not provide free transfer for the other 3. When you returned to your country you immediately started sending threatening emails and messages and threatening us asking for large amounts of money for compensation for the 20€ of the transfer. You started making bad reviews with fake comments so that you could continue to threaten us for compensation.First, honesty is a basic principle, the price you paid was for 2 people, you could have asked the other 3 extra people to pay extra money and another vehicle would have come immediately. Which tourist office in the world provides free services without being paid? Furthermore, instead of asking to pay extra money for the other 3, you chose to attack 5 people on 1 driver employee. Finally, instead of admitting your mistake, you started the threatening messages and the tactics of defamation! Blackmail based on international law is a crime ! We have the video from your hotel that shows how many people were there and the attack on the driver, we have photos, documents, the booking from the GetTransfer application where you had booked 2 people and your threatening messages. Our legal department has already informed with all the documents the tourist police and the threat department of TripAdvisor - Google. Despite this fact, we hope you enjoyed your vacation! Thank you very much!

Piraeus Cruise Port to Athens City Private Transfer: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Athens.

How much does Piraeus Cruise Port to Athens City Private Transfer cost?

    +

Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Athens usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Piraeus Cruise Port to Athens City Private Transfer take?

    +

Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Athens is not rushed.

Is Piraeus Cruise Port to Athens City Private Transfer worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Athens, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Piraeus Cruise Port to Athens City Private Transfer?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Piraeus Cruise Port to Athens City Private Transfer suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Piraeus Cruise Port to Athens City Private Transfer?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Athens can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Athens and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Piraeus Cruise Port to Athens City Private Transfer start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Athens within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Athens?

    +

On Outty we rank every Athens experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Athens Small Group E-Bike Tour, Small Group Greek Traditional Food Tour in Athens 20+ Tastings, Athens Scenic Bike Tour with Regular or Electric Bike + Acropolis. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Athens?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Athens?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
