The day and timings were organised perfectly. It was an early start with the Pinnacles in the morning followed by lobster catching and beachside restaurant for lunch. The guide went above and beyond to ensure my day was enjoyable, it was an absolute highlight of my WA trip,

A long day and great day
A long day with lots of different activities to do. Pinnacles were unusual, lobster catching and holding interesting and sand surfing fun. Couple of other stops to see countryside and sights. Very comfortable vehicle and well looked after by Cara
Response from the operator: Thanks for the review Nigel, I'm happy you got to enjoy some of the sights WA has to offer (since the sporting events weren't on your side) Cara

Best tour up the Coast
I cannot recommend this tour enough! Take you there tours gives such a personable experience and makes you feel like such a VIP! The pinnacles was amazing, it is the hardest thing to describe but absolutely stunning and was so much better being able to drive around them in the luxury take you there tours van! We then headed to Cervantes and got to go out on the lobster shack boat to catch my OWN lobster which then we went back and had that very lobster for lunch at the great venue (Lobster Shack), super yummy! On the way back to Perth we stopped at the beautiful Lancelin sand dunes, it was so much fun even if i did faceplant while sandboarding! There is no denying the beauty going North up the coast from Perth. The whole journey is made better by the great guide Cara, she is so knowledgeable, fun and very accommodating! Thank you Cara and take you there tours for the best day!
Response from the operator: What a lovely review, thanks so much Nikita. Keep practising the sand boarding skills for when you next return. Regards, Cara

Best seaside lobster lunch
This tour was organised with every detail planned out perfectly. Our guide was professional and knew the area well. The highlight was of course the boat ride to catch the Lobsters. This was definitely the freshest seafood I’ve ever eaten and the seaside restaurant location was picturesque. A great day all round.
Response from the operator: We had the perfect day tour Joanne, thanks for joining the trip and sharing your travel stories with us. Looking forward to showing you New Norica when you return to WA in 2026 Cara

Pinnacles Desert & Fresh Catch Lobster Safari: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Perth.
How much does Pinnacles Desert & Fresh Catch Lobster Safari cost?
+
Prices start at $536 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Perth usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Pinnacles Desert & Fresh Catch Lobster Safari take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Perth is not rushed.
Is Pinnacles Desert & Fresh Catch Lobster Safari worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Perth, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Pinnacles Desert & Fresh Catch Lobster Safari?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Pinnacles Desert & Fresh Catch Lobster Safari suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Pinnacles Desert & Fresh Catch Lobster Safari?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Perth can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Perth and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Pinnacles Desert & Fresh Catch Lobster Safari start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Perth within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Perth?
+
On Outty we rank every Perth experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Optus Stadium Tour, Discover Perth Walking Tour: History, Art, Local Insights + More!, Pinnacles Desert Sunset Dinner and Stargazing Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Perth?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Perth?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
