What a fun little place! Make sure your phone is charged

The teenagers, hubby and I had fun in here. We speak English and no Thai, the people at the door spoke broken English, and with the display pic at the front, between us all, with a giggle or two, we figured it out, and after that no language was required as the explanation are all in picture form so you can't get it wrong, and if you do, the helpful staff are near by to help you laugh your way though it. The art work in this place is nothing short of amazing and if you follow the really easy instructions you end up with some really amazing photos! The art work is on the floor as well as the walls so you have to go in bare foot but the place is spotless so no issue there. Toilets are just as you walk in, but you can backtrack if you need to. We spent about an 1.5 hours in there (each child posing in each scene and us being a bit more selective) so the price was worth it to us. You pay people what they are worth and the actual art inside here is very well done. We had fun. Reading others reviews about rude staff, we did NOT find this. We found a bit of a language barrier which is ALWAYS on the tourist, and we found shy staff not wanting to interrupt our family fun but did offer assistance when they could see we really were stuffing up the photo. We are glad we visited this place.

Trouble

1- Starting from removing our shoes, the staff were very rude in the way they ask us to remove our shoes. 2- No clear instruction has been given on socks & slippery floor as staff were busy playing with their phone while talking to us. 3 We have been told at the entrance there will be staff inside to assist taking photos for both of us, but unfortunately there was only 1 female staff, & it seems like she is not happy to assist! 4- female staff inside the museum was on her phone & completely doing nothing, when I asked her to take photo for both of us, she took it very fast then she hide with her phone! & it was unpleasant photo! overall staff in the museum were very rude to guests, unhelpful & refusing to provide assistance although they are free playing with their phones.

Response from the operator: Dear Traveler , Thanks for your valuable feedback, We will take this as priority

Fun but expensive

The museum is good fun for the kids once they know what the photos look like once taken. It is expensive for a family considering you barely spend an hour there plus you have to get transport to get there in most cases. I wouldn’t recommend it to families with children under 4.

Fantastic

The best picture making place ever.some of the pics are partially on the floor so get ready to remove your shoes and socks before u enter.some pics are not working because of light reflection from the ceiling.

Phuket Trick eye Museum Admission Ticket with Private Transfers: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Phuket.

How much does Phuket Trick eye Museum Admission Ticket with Private Transfers cost?

+

Prices start at $45 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Phuket usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Phuket Trick eye Museum Admission Ticket with Private Transfers take?

+

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Phuket is not rushed.

Is Phuket Trick eye Museum Admission Ticket with Private Transfers worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Phuket, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Phuket Trick eye Museum Admission Ticket with Private Transfers?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Phuket Trick eye Museum Admission Ticket with Private Transfers suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 3. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Phuket Trick eye Museum Admission Ticket with Private Transfers?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Phuket can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Phuket and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Phuket Trick eye Museum Admission Ticket with Private Transfers start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Phuket within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Phuket?

+

On Outty we rank every Phuket experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Southern Flavors Phuket Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, James Bond Island by Big Boat w/ Sea Cave Canoeing and Lunch, Phang Nga Bay Canoeing & James Bond Island Tour from Phuket. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Phuket?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Phuket?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
