Service missed. Since service was not offered, please issue a refund.
Our name was not there. So fast track did not happen. Had to buy again. After a long journey, missing the service was a big disappointment. I hoped a refund would be made.

Fantastic service from start to finish—10/10 recommend!
Booking the VIP Fast Track in Phuket was hands down the best decision we made for our trip. From the second we stepped off the plane, the arrival was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. What really blew us away, though, was the incredible customer service before we even landed. No one showed up
Unfortunately no one showed up. I waited around for quite awhile. Luckily it didn't take too long to get through customs.

Absolutely Fantastic - Highly Recommended.
Couldn’t believe how good this service is. Met at the top of the fly bridge and through to baggage in 5 mins. The 2 staff assigned to us were brilliant. The normal queue for immigration was at least a 2 - 3 hr wait. I’ve never seen the arrivals hall so busy in many trip to Phuket. Anyone going through Phuket International, do yourself a BIG favour and use this service. You won’t regret it.
