Four days in Amsterdam
The Avalon cruise was exceptional...lots of international travelers...from Budapest to Amsterdam (Amst). Stayed at Park Centraal in Amst. Fantastic location - but not near the train station. It is expensive but so is every place in Amst. We'd been to Amst several times but went Rjiks again (the very best) and the Van Gogh museum (interesting) and used the audio and took the "highlights" tour in each museum. Indonesian food in Amst is a must at least once. We rented a car (at the airport) and drove to Kroller-Muller Museum (outstanding) and another day to de Haar Castle (highly recommend). Had to park the car using an ap "MyWay" which was interesting. We got a spot in the hotel basement but it took some doing ($30 for one night). Italian dinner at L-albero just minutes from the hotel was excellent. Amst is predictably crowded this time of year. Because we didn't know when we would arrive at any place in particular we mostly bought the tickets on the spot except the Van Gogh museum which really has to be done well in advance....this time of year.

O'Bryan was early to our photo shoot. He's an amazing photographer and knew the best locations. We spent over 2 hours with him, then he sent us a huge file of great pictures 2 days later. Would highly recommend a photo shoot with this talented photographer!

The perfect way to capture your stay in Amsterdam
Ok it won't let me post until tomorrow for some reason, but anything else you would like me to mention? We had an amazing experience with O’Bryan during our photo tour in Amsterdam! It was a special shoot with three generations—me, my mom, and my 4-month-old baby—and O’Bryan was incredibly patient with us, especially as we navigated the stroller through the busy streets. Despite the crowds on such a beautiful day, he waited patiently to capture the perfect shots. His positive energy made the entire experience fun, and we covered so much ground in just an hour, capturing stunning photos at multiple iconic spots in the heart of Amsterdam. The best part? Our photos were ready just a few hours later and they turned out beautifully! O’Bryan speaks 7 languages, which makes communication a breeze, and I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fantastic photo shoot in the city!
