The Best Group
My experience aboard Kelly6 was truly amazing and unforgettable. This was my first time joining the team, and I can honestly say that everyone made the experience incredibly enjoyable from beginning to end. A very special thank you to Nook Nooky, who was an excellent leader and handled everything with great responsibility and professionalism while keeping the atmosphere fun, friendly, and full of laughter. His sense of humor and positive energy made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to sincerely thank Poa, as well as the trainees May May and Rainy, for their kindness, support, and wonderful teamwork. I also want to thank the lovely team member who wears glasses—unfortunately, I have forgotten her name, and I’m sorry about that! She was just as helpful and wonderful as everyone else. The entire crew worked together beautifully, always giving clear instructions, offering help whenever needed, and creating such a positive and supportive atmosphere. They truly made me feel comfortable and welcome throughout the whole experience. This may have been my first time aboard Kelly6, but it definitely will not be my last. Thank you to the entire team for giving me such beautiful memories that I will always remember. I’m already looking forward to experiencing it all over again🤍✨

Overcrowded, unhygienic and serious safety concerns
This company appears to have maximised the number of passengers on its trips at the expense of comfort, hygiene and, in my opinion, safety. There were around 70 people crammed onto our boat, with only two toilets available. By halfway through the trip, the toilets were covered in urine and faeces — and these are also the same toilets passengers are expected to use to change clothes. There was one shower at the back of the boat, but this was only made available at the end of the day. There were also multiple opportunities for additional charges throughout the trip. Even something as simple as wanting to sit on a chair at the beach came at an extra cost. The sea conditions on our trip were extremely rough. I completely understand that the operator cannot control the weather or the ocean, but I seriously question whether the trip should have continued in such violent conditions. Multiple passengers were violently ill, and the journey itself was genuinely terrifying. The snorkelling portion raised even greater safety concerns. Multiple boats were packed into a very small area, with well over 150 people in the water at once, many of whom appeared unable to swim confidently. I am a very confident swimmer and even I found the situation frightening. When I attempted to return to our boat, access to the ladder was blocked for an extended period by a canoe that had been positioned directly across it while people were being loaded on and off. Having the primary way of getting back onto the boat obstructed while so many people were in the water was extremely concerning. I cannot comment on the food as I chose not to eat due to the severe ocean conditions. Overall, I cannot recommend this operator. The overcrowding, extremely poor toilet conditions and, most importantly, the safety concerns made this a deeply unpleasant experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering booking with this company, particularly those who are not confident swimmers.

Do not recommend for families with young children
DO NOT recommend this trip with young children, boat did not carry lifejackets for young children. I had to put an adult size lifejacket on my two year old and got told there are no smaller ones on board. Very touristy trip and overcrowded, many boats and hundreds of people at the same spot the same time. Snorkeling felt very unsafe, 3 boats parked next to each other which means over 200 people in the water at the same time and people who can't swim were allowed in the water. Crew was kind and friendly. Overall not a great experience.

Bad experience
Too many people on a boat for this price, with multiple turist traps. Very low value for money. Too many boats at once, and the places we visited were too crowded.

no trip kept out money
Booked 3 trips with the operator at the hotel, who made out she worked for the hotel i found out later she did not. both me and my son got very ill and i had to message to cancel the trip. I asked what amount would be refunded and i was told nothing as not over 24 hours notice, well i never signed anything to that effect nor was i told and unfortunately i can not tell my illness when to arrive. I asked if i could move it to another day to give us time to recover and was told no unless i paid in full again. on complaining to the hotel, i was informed that this lady who did our welcome meeting did not in fact even work for the hotel. be very careful who you book through and make sure its the hotel or a rep for your travel agency so you have some come back.
