A colorful mix of experiences with great guides
We were very excited about this excursion and didn't really know what to expect. After the many sometimes negative, sometimes positive reviews. To get straight to the point. It was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. It must be said that we were there in the off-season, i.e., there were far fewer people out and about than in the high season. Naturally means fewer ships, boats, and so on. What made this excursion so special were the two tour guides, Happy and Kai - they simply took this trip to another level. It is like in school; it always stands or falls with the teacher or guide. The two of them definitely have what it takes... With plenty of humor, information, and composure, and their unmistakable Thai-sabai style. My husband and our children enjoyed it very much. A mix of culture, country, and fun. We had arranged our own meeting point where they could pick us up, and that all worked out wonderfully. As I said, we find it recommendable, especially with our guides!
Response from the operator: Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche, herzliche Rückmeldung! Siam Scape Journeys

Spectacular visit to Phang Nga Bay
Spectacular tour of Phang Nga Bay. The tour starts with picking up in Phuket to first take a look at the Monkey Cave Buddha, then catching the traditional long-tail boat to make a first stop and eat at the floating village of Koh Panyee, then kayaking in caves and finally visiting James Bond Island. Both the driver and our Happy guide very friendly and attentive.
Response from the operator: ¡Muchas gracias por compartir su experiencia! Nos alegra que disfrutara de la bahía de Phang Nga, el paseo en barco y las cuevas en kayak. Es un placer saber que Happy y el conductor le acompañaron con tanta amabilidad durante esta jornada. Siam Scape Journeys

A Wonderful Tour
This tour was such a fun experience. The kayaking into the caves and next to the rocks was so much fun. The local monkeys in the temple were so cute! The people everywhere we went were so welcoming and our tour guide was wonderful.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your lovely memories! We’re delighted you enjoyed kayaking among the caves and rock formations, as well as the temple visit. It’s wonderful that the warm welcomes and your guide helped make the day so special. Siam Scape Journeys

Scam! This tour is a Scam
Scam. This particular tour is a complete Scam. They don't take you to half the places they mention in the write up. My kids looked forward to swimming and spent the day disappointed. Better off taking any other tour.

Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island Day Tour from Phuket: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Phuket.
How much does Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island Day Tour from Phuket cost?
+
Prices start at $44 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Phuket usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island Day Tour from Phuket take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Phuket is not rushed.
Is Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island Day Tour from Phuket worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Phuket, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island Day Tour from Phuket?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island Day Tour from Phuket suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island Day Tour from Phuket?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Phuket can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Phuket and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island Day Tour from Phuket start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Phuket within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Phuket?
+
On Outty we rank every Phuket experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Southern Flavors Phuket Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, James Bond Island by Big Boat w/ Sea Cave Canoeing and Lunch, Phuket Thai Cooking Class with Market Tour Option. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Phuket?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Phuket?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
