This night tour takes you to experience the stunning evening view along the Pearl River by the river cruise at 7pm from your centrally located Guangzhou hotel. There are two options for this tour: with an English-speaking tour guide, or without guide. Please note the driver can only speak Chinese if you select tour without guide, but the driver will arrange it well. Everyone MUST bring the PASSPORT for this product. We pick you up from your centrally located Guangzhou hotel in Yuexiu, Tianhe, Liwan, Haizhu, and part of Baiyun districts. Pickup area does NOT include other areas such as Guangzhou Baiyun Airport area, Huadu, Nansha, Panyu, Huangpu, Conghua, Zencheng districts etc. Additional cost is payable for the not included pickup areas.

Pearl River
At 7pm, you will be picked up by your private guide/driver at your hotel lobby in Guangzhou. Then, you will be driven to the Dashatou Marina where you will aboard on the famous Pearl River night cruise to start your amazing evening. Guangzhou is constructed by the Pearl River, one of the most impost rivers in China with a length of 2320 km. Spend about an hour on this lovely night cruise where you can see the night city scenery includes the bridges over the Pearl River, the old buildings by the river, and fantastic lights from the buildings, IFC, Canton Theater, Ersha Island, and Canton Tower etc. The cruise will come back the same dock where you will be transferred back to your hotel or somewhere in the town that you prefer to drop off. The wonderful night cruise tour concludes. Note: There are two options for this tour, with guide or without guide. Please note the drive speaks ONLY Chinese in regard to the tour option without guide, but you can communicate with us in English via cell phone.

Overpriced /scammed
It was overpriced. It's an every day activity available to all if you go down to the dock buy a ticket (so much more cheaper) and ride the boat. We went back with a friend and that's how we found out about the actual prices and the dinamic. Like literally it was just reserving a translator and they bought the tickets for the activity like anyone else (the activity at the dock already has someone talking about what you see around) also it's scheduled as a 2 o 3 hour tour when it only lasted about an hour. So not worth paying that much. Feels like a scam. Other than the translator/guide they provide everything else you can get for less directly on site.

The cruise itself is only one hour — that's the standard for all Pearl River night cruises. We also provided free English communication and coordination throughout the booking and trip — answering questions, confirming details, and helping with any issues. That’s part of what you’re paying for. If you only need a boat ticket, buying locally is better. But if you need private transfer, English support, and a hassle-free experience, our package offers real value. Thanks again for traveling with us.

Extortionate
The tour without guide was unreasonably over priced at least double the price of a ticket and taxi there and back. Moreover, the booking was in least favorable row. My recommendation to tourists is to take a taxi and buy the ticket themselves.

Nice cruise I took the tour without tour guide however the driver super friendly and helpful. I highly recommended so unwind and slow day just enjoying the cool breeze Quick and easy process to get to the cruise and back to the hotel Important to bring your passport with you for the ticket. There's some beverages and souvenirs to purchase on the cruise you can use Alipay or wechat for payment.
