Do not boom with this...

Do not book with this company. They changed the time to my original booking but the meeting point listed was incorrect and caused us to miss the tour. I contacted them and they said they couldn’t help. We managed to get into the Park but did not receive any kind of tour. Requested a refund but was denied. Absolutely absurd.

Response from the operator: Hello, We apologize for the experience you had with your booking. We understand there were some issues during the tour, but we want to clarify that we are always available to resolve such matters. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +39 320 479 0368 so we can review the case and find a solution. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to assist you in resolving the situation.

Great tour every other aspect a mess

Impossible to find the starting point, no taxi knows how to get there and if you’re 5 minutes late you miss your tour. They also changed the time to an hour later so we had to rearrange our day which was quite a burden and it being in Europe there was zero customer service or apologies. Roberto our guide was spectacular once we got to the park. Go at your own risk

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback! You're very important to us! We always choose the best guides to offer excellent service! Thank you!

Great tour but confirm the meeting point ahead.

Our tour got off to a rocky start because of a conflict of the meeting point. But once we found the proper location and met our guide Victor we had a wonderful tour. He was very informative, easy to hear, and moved at a good pace for everyone in the group.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback! You're very important to us! We always choose the best guides to offer excellent service! Thank you!

Response from the operator: Hello how are you ? We appreciate your comment. We are happy for your satisfaction, We hope you come back soon to repeat this beautiful experience.

Overpriced

Check carefully about pricing. I paid $119 for 2 persons , website cost is only $35 per person. I will check with Viator

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us! We are happy that you enjoyed our tour. We work every day to improve ourselves! Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again in Barcelona!

Park Güell Guided Tour for Gaudí Lovers + Ebook Exclusive: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Barcelona.

How much does Park Güell Guided Tour for Gaudí Lovers + Ebook Exclusive cost?

+

Prices start at $65 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Barcelona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Park Güell Guided Tour for Gaudí Lovers + Ebook Exclusive take?

+

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Barcelona is not rushed.

Is Park Güell Guided Tour for Gaudí Lovers + Ebook Exclusive worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Barcelona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Park Güell Guided Tour for Gaudí Lovers + Ebook Exclusive?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Park Güell Guided Tour for Gaudí Lovers + Ebook Exclusive suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Park Güell Guided Tour for Gaudí Lovers + Ebook Exclusive?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Barcelona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Barcelona and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Park Güell Guided Tour for Gaudí Lovers + Ebook Exclusive start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Barcelona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Barcelona?

+

Barcelona's Gaudí sites are capacity-limited and the official timed tickets go first, so most of the market is resellers with a guide attached. We weight those heavily on whether the guide is an architecture specialist. Beyond Gaudí, the tapas crawls in Gràcia and the Montserrat day trips carry the highest rankings in the city. On Outty we rank every Barcelona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gràcia Tapas and Vermouth Crawl, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel & Cliff Jump from Barcelona, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel, Cliff Jump & lunch Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Barcelona?

+

May, June, September and October. Sagrada Família light is best mid-morning. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Barcelona?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
