Really happy with the experience
This spa was a great find for me, mainly because it was so close to my hotel. It was just a short 3-minute walk, so getting there was very easy. I also liked how quickly the staff answered my messages before I arrived. The massage therapist knew what they were doing and adjusted the massage based on what I needed, which made the treatment feel more personal. The massage room wasn’t fancy, but it was clean, smelled pleasant, and was nicely air-conditioned. The soft music helped create a relaxing atmosphere too. At the end, they gave me a discount and a small gift, and even helped arrange a ride to the Old Quarter. I was very happy with the service and would happily come back.

I decided to try the spa after spending most of the day walking around. The treatment was relaxing and exactly what I needed. The staff were friendly, and I liked being able to go straight back to my room afterwards.

I had a really good experience from the moment I made the booking
The whole experience was easy from start to finish. I booked through WhatsApp and got quick, friendly advice from the staff. They even arranged free transportation from the Old Town to the spa, and the car arrived exactly on time at the agreed meeting point. I went for the 90-minute Pandanus Signature Massage. Before starting, the receptionist asked me which areas needed more attention and if there were any areas I wanted the therapist to avoid. They took notes and passed everything on to the therapist, which I thought was a very professional touch. The massage room was simple, clean, and relaxing. The towels were freshly prepared and smelled really nice. The therapist clearly knew what they were doing and checked the pressure occasionally, which I appreciated. Nothing felt rushed, and the whole treatment was comfortable and relaxing. I really enjoyed the experience and would happily recommend it to friends

I would happily return on my next visit
After comparing reviews from several places, I decided to give this spa a try, and it was definitely worth it. The free transportation from the hotel to the Old Town made the whole experience very convenient, and receiving a discount was an unexpected bonus. The facilities and service were good, but what really stood out to me was the professionalism and skill of the staff. The massage was excellent, and they clearly knew how to make the treatment both relaxing and effective. I left feeling refreshed and much less tired after exploring Hoi An. It was a great experience.

Relaxing, reasonably priced spa experience
My husband and I visited here twice during our stay in Hoi An. The first time we visited we got their signature massages for 90mins. We both loved it. The therapists were friendly, professional and strong! They checked in with us during the massages and we both felt that they really tailored the massages to our bodies. His legs got a lot of focus. My therapist also really focused on some knots that I suffer with on my upper back. We actually tried another massage place a couple days later and while it was good it was nowhere near as good as Pandanus. So we returned on our final day in Hoi An. He got another massage which he said was even better than the first time and I decided to get a body scrub and body wrap. After 10 days of sun, sea water, pool water, suncream and buckets of sweat I really felt like my skin needed some tlc. It was such a lovely pair of treatments. The body scrub is almost like a light massage. The body wrap was very comforting and relaxing and she even came in to give me a head massage during the treatment. My skin feels amazing. While the perks of pick up and drop off are great, the snacks after are delicious and the little gift was a lovely surprise... we would really return for the skill and care of the therapists. It is also very easy to communicate and book through WhatsApp. They also have several promotions on their website which are worth checking before you go. But make sure you go! Excellent service and skill!
