Booked with host so...
Booked with host so thought we’d have someone taking us around but actually given a QR code to download an audio guide on my phone. Other that the actual attraction was amazing
Response from the operator: As stated in the activity description, this experience includes assistance from a host for entry and a digital audio guide accessed by QR code; it is not a guided tour. We’re pleased you found the attraction itself amazing and hope you enjoyed your visit.

Great attraction but do it yourself.
The experience is good we enjoyed learning about the building and its history. However we could not choose a ticket for the tower so we couldn’t access that part. It isn’t a particularly busy attraction so we should have just bought tickets direct. We were given a link video audio guide but I didn’t use it. We rented the official one for €5. All in all great attraction but do it yourself.

Poor value and not as advertised
I never received my tickets and they would only let me in because I showed them my confirmation. I had to pay for the audio guide for myself and husband for 12 euros extra even though the confirmation said audio guide was included. Entry fir a walk in was only 9 euros per person si the entire experience should have totalled only 30 euros and I paid 60 and got nithing of any extra value. Very unhappy abd feel I am due a refund
Response from the operator: Thank you for your message. We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. According to our records, your tickets and audio guide link were sent before the tour, and venue staff accepted your confirmation for entry as a courtesy. The audio guide was already included in your booking, so there was no need to purchase another one on-site. Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue a refund since the full service was provided as advertised. However, we appreciate your feedback and will review communication procedures to ensure clearer instructions for future guests.

Great place and pace
The audio and narration worked out great. It was nice to take the tour at our own pace. We had the ability to play it back if we missed star was being said.

How long does Palazzo Vecchio Florence: Skip-the-Line Ticket with Audio Guide take?

Is Palazzo Vecchio Florence: Skip-the-Line Ticket with Audio Guide worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Palazzo Vecchio Florence: Skip-the-Line Ticket with Audio Guide?
+

Is Palazzo Vecchio Florence: Skip-the-Line Ticket with Audio Guide suitable for kids and families?
+

How far in advance should I book Palazzo Vecchio Florence: Skip-the-Line Ticket with Audio Guide?
+

Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Palazzo Vecchio Florence: Skip-the-Line Ticket with Audio Guide start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici -by a storyteller, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class with Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
