Family day trip
Fab family day trip with Craig in the most stunning setting ever seen - took a petrified 9 year old who we were unsure if would be able to keep up and who was worried about alligators! He had the most incredible day - Craig was super patient with him and he was ahead of everybody else for most of the trip - was an incredible family experience - one not to be missed
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that your family had such a memorable day on the water. Craig absolutely loved paddling with your little one, and we’re so glad he felt comfortable and confident—even with those alligator jitters! It’s always amazing to see kids (and adults!) discover how much fun Florida’s waterways can be, and we’re honored you chose to spend your day with us. Creating those unforgettable family moments is exactly why we do what we do, and your support as part of our family-run business means the world to us. We can’t wait to welcome you all back for another adventure—you never know what wildlife friends or beautiful views will be waiting for you next!

Wonderful Paddle Board Trip with Rachelle
A great experience through the wonderful Rainbow Springs. Everyone should take the chance to see the crystal clear rivers and springs and Rachelle from Otter Paddle organizes all this wonderfully and can also tell and show a lot about it. Would recommend everyone to book their tour with Otter Paddle.

Great experience with Otter Paddle- Rainbow springs
Amazing experience with very knowledgeable and friendly Rochelle with Otter Paddle company. The 2.5 hours went by very quickly and glad we did the 8AM option before the crowds showed up after 10AM or so. All the different colors and vast wildlife was so nice to see and if Rochelle was not with us to guide various things to see we would of missed many nice experiences. Great pictures and video from the team too! thank you :)
Response from the operator: Thank you so much Bill for the wonderful review! It was such a joy paddling with you and your family for Father’s Day. I'm so glad you all chose the early tour—there’s truly nothing like that peaceful morning light and all the wildlife that comes out to play before the crowds roll in. I'm happy I could help point out some of the hidden gems along the way, and thrilled you enjoyed the photos and videos! I hope you had an amazing rest of your weekend celebrating and relaxing together. We'd love to see you all again for another adventure soon!

Wonderful and memorable experience
The trip was amazing. Rachelle is very kind and patient. She offered plenty of one on one instruction which is prefect for a beginner like me. We went for a walk and swim in a small creek at rainbow spring. The water is crystal clear and beautiful. I enjoyed swimming with the fishes. Rachelle give us time to explore, take a lot of photos for us and even let us try out the underwater motor. It is a unique experience
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your glowing review! 🌟 It was a pleasure having you on our tour and sharing the beauty of Rainbow Springs with you. I'm thrilled to hear you enjoyed the crystal-clear waters and swimming with the fishes—it's such a magical experience! Your enthusiasm for exploring and capturing moments made the day truly special. Hope to see you again soon for another adventure on the water!

Why this scores 67
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Paddleboard the Clear Waters of Rainbow Springs: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Orlando.
How much does Paddleboard the Clear Waters of Rainbow Springs cost?
+
Prices start at $65 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Orlando usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Paddleboard the Clear Waters of Rainbow Springs take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Orlando is not rushed.
Is Paddleboard the Clear Waters of Rainbow Springs worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Orlando, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Paddleboard the Clear Waters of Rainbow Springs?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Paddleboard the Clear Waters of Rainbow Springs suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Paddleboard the Clear Waters of Rainbow Springs?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Orlando can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Orlando and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Paddleboard the Clear Waters of Rainbow Springs start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Orlando within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Orlando?
+
Orlando is a park town with a wetland wrapped around it. Multi-day theme park tickets and skip-ahead passes dominate, but the highest-satisfaction days are often the ones nobody plans: airboat runs on the St. Johns, manatee swims at Crystal River, and Kennedy Space Center on a launch day. We rank on wait-time value and how honestly an operator describes what is included. On Outty we rank every Orlando experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Escape Game Orlando: Epic 60-Minute Adventures on I-Drive, Kennedy Space Center with Transport from Orlando and Kissimmee, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Orlando?
+
January to April, before the humidity and the afternoon thunderstorms settle in. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Orlando?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
