    Our favorite private driver Joehan

During both holidays in Bali Joehan was our regular driver through Deep Adventure Tours. Always friendly, thinks along and we feel safe and familiar with him. You can always count on him, and he also makes the trips extra pleasant. That is why we will definitely contact him again on a next trip. Highly recommended! Terima kasih banyak dan sampai jumpa lagi di Bali! Peter & Yasmin

    Best Vehicle Service

The car was neat, clean & very spacious, our driver Agus extremely intelligent & well mannered person. He suggested us all good places, non crowded places for eating, activities, knowing I have a small child he suggested all fun activities to do very easily for example batur volcano sunrise tour he suggest to see it from pepper hill cafe, we loved it, me my husband my two children and nanny all loved it so much, thank you Johen & Agus for being such amazing vehicle host .. well recommend both of you to all my friends!!!! Also all eatery joints he suggested was amazing, Pison, Manison, Rayjin, Tambaga, Agus understands the need of clients and cater & suggests accordingly ..

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your incredibly kind and detailed review! 😊 We’re truly happy to hear that you and your family had such a wonderful experience. It’s great to know the car was clean and spacious, and that Agus took such good care of you with thoughtful suggestions—especially considering you were traveling with a small child. Seeing Mount Batur sunrise from Pepper Hill Café is a lovely, relaxed option, and we’re so glad your whole family enjoyed it. Thank you as well for the lovely mentions of the restaurants—Pison, Manison, Rayjin, and Tambaga. We’re delighted you enjoyed them. Agus always does his best to understand each guest’s needs and tailor the experience, so your words really mean a lot to us. On behalf of Johen and Agus, thank you for the strong recommendation. We truly appreciate your trust and would be honored to host you and your family again on your next Bali trip. 🙏✨

    Trip of a lifetime

With his rating out of 5, we would give 7 stars to Joehan. He was an amazing driver and tour guide. Always on time, very informative about the culture. Everytime he met us with a smile and positive attitude. He would go out of his way to accommodate our needs. He made us feel very comfortable within a country we knew little about. We will miss our Karaoke time singing together in the car. For anyone going to visit Bali we highly recommend Joehan and his company as it is best way to travel in bali.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that Joehan exceeded your expectations and made your experience in Bali truly memorable. It’s great to know that his punctuality, cultural knowledge, and positive attitude left such a lasting impression. Your kind words about your Karaoke time together in the car made us smile! We appreciate your high recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back to Bali in the future. Safe travels and thank you again for choosing our company! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

PadangBai Port from/to Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu/Jimbaran/Ubud: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Ubud.

How much does PadangBai Port from/to Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu/Jimbaran/Ubud cost?

    +

Prices start at $58 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Ubud usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does PadangBai Port from/to Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu/Jimbaran/Ubud take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Ubud is not rushed.

Is PadangBai Port from/to Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu/Jimbaran/Ubud worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Ubud, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule PadangBai Port from/to Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu/Jimbaran/Ubud?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is PadangBai Port from/to Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu/Jimbaran/Ubud suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book PadangBai Port from/to Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu/Jimbaran/Ubud?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Ubud can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ubud and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does PadangBai Port from/to Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu/Jimbaran/Ubud start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Ubud within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Ubud?

    +

On Outty we rank every Ubud experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mount Batur Jeep Adventure, Best of Ubud Full-Day Tour with Jungle Swing, Full-Day Tour to Water Temples and UNESCO Rice Terraces in Bali. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Ubud?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Ubud?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
