Avoid the company ! Broken ship ! No snorkeling !
Avoid this company. After waiting 1,5 hour on the boat we went to Orange bay which is quite nice but overcrowded. Arrived back on the boat the engine was broken and we could not leave anymore. We had to wait for 2 hours for another boat to tow very slowly our ship to the harbour. Of course we could not do the 2 stops for snorkeling as we were only back at 6 PM in the harbour. I asked for a refund through VIATOR but they refused despite having promissed they would do it if I complain via VIATOR ! I only managed to get back the extra amount they asked in cash on the boat!

First of all, we would like to clarify that your refund request was handled, and the full amount you requested was already delivered to you in cash on the same day at the marina, after your insistence on receiving it directly. Regarding the technical issue, unfortunately boat engine problems can happen unexpectedly at sea despite regular maintenance and safety checks. As soon as the issue occurred, a replacement boat was arranged to tow the vessel back safely to the harbor, as passenger safety is always our top priority. We truly regret that the snorkeling stops could not be completed due to this emergency situation, which was completely beyond our control. However, we did our best to resolve the matter on the spot and ensure you received your requested compensation. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to improving our service. terrible organization
terrible organization, someone else picked us up from the hotel and we were not in the group we booked. In the meantime someone else called us asking where we were. The boat was in a terrible condition, the food was disgusting. At the end we waited half an hour for transport back to the hotel. Horrible experience. After returning to the hotel I canceled the next 3 trips with Viator

Friendly people was what they advertised not there fault but several days we cancelled due to strong winds so plan early so you can rebook if needed

And AMAZING day out
Such a great experience. The guides made it so fun! Me and my friend had honestly our best day in egypt doing this. The guides interact with you so much, made us laugh, and made our day. Seeing them free dive was a wild experience. One even helped me go super low in the ocean to get closer to the fish, and that was and insane experiance. My friend got a bit panicked when we first went in and they were so helpful, carrying around a ring so even not confident swimmers could have a look. All the guides were kind and funny, pictures were taken and the food was tasty. Paradise Island was beautiful, the people serving drinks there were kind and when we told him we didn't like a drink he just replaced it again. Honestly, a 10/10 experience, and when I'm hopefully back in egypt, I would for sure do this again
