Don’t waste your time or money choosing this company 😡

Do not use this service, it is operated through 3rd party and appears to be a scam. The company scheduled my pickup from the port for 6am knowing that the ship didn’t port until that time and they wouldn’t change the time that they made. I haven’t received my refund that was requested. I wasn’t advised of the 6am appointment until 3 days into my cruise. I left several messages through the App and received no response. I didn’t speak to anyone until I made an in App call and was advised that no changes could be made due to timing and that I may possibly not be eligible for a refund if I cancelled the service. Note at the time that I scheduled the pickup service, I was advised that the shuttle service pick up every hour. There was no indication that you had to pick an actual time slot.

Response from the operator: Hi Shanter… Hi, just to clarify, you did cancel your reservation with us, and you received a full refund. Since the reservation was canceled, you did not use our transportation service. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the reservation and pickup time.

    The driver was excellent....

The driver was excellent. Always kept us informed. I had to have an earlier pick up and he accommodated us.

Response from the operator: Hi Hiro_T Thank you for your kind review! We’re thrilled to hear that your driver provided excellent service and kept you informed throughout the trip. We’re also glad we could accommodate your earlier pickup time. We truly appreciate your flexibility and support, and we look forward to serving you again!

Reliable Ride, But Communication Needs Improvement

Overall, the shuttle experience turned out well. Communication leading up to pickup was lacking, and my messages to the provider prior to the actual pickup day went unanswered. However, I did receive a text with pickup information the morning of my transfer, and everything went smoothly from there. The driver arrived promptly, was kind and courteous, and the Sprinter van was brand new and spotless. Better communication before the day of pickup would make this an excellent service.

Response from the operator: Hi Sarah_N Here’s a warm and professional response you can send: Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our service. We’re glad to hear that your pickup went smoothly, your driver was courteous, and that you enjoyed our new, clean Sprinter van. We apologize for the lack of communication before your pickup day. We understand how important timely responses are, and we’ll work to improve our communication so our guests have a better experience from the time they book until they reach their destination. We truly appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Safe travels!

Driver failed us and we got a taxi

Don't use BK. He took over 20 minutes to go a couple of miles. We gave up and used a taxi. He kept saying he was 2 minutes away.

Response from the operator: Hi Susan_C Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion. Your original booking was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but it was later changed to 8:30 AM, which unfortunately caused a misunderstanding. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this created. As a gesture of goodwill, we have already issued a full refund for your booking. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you safe travels.

    Great, professional service!

Great, flexible, professional service! We arrived earlier than anticipated and they arranged for another driver to pick us up. All contacts and communications were cheerful and pleasant. Thank you!

Response from the operator: Hi Anna_T > Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad we could accommodate your early arrival and adjust your pickup to keep your travel plans on track. Providing flexible, reliable service with clear and friendly communication is exactly what we strive for. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to serving you again the next time you're in Seattle. Safe travels!

One - Way Transfer from Pier 66 to SeaTac international Airport: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seattle.

How much does One - Way Transfer from Pier 66 to SeaTac international Airport cost?

    +

Prices start at $27 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seattle usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does One - Way Transfer from Pier 66 to SeaTac international Airport take?

    +

Plan for about 0.8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seattle is not rushed.

Is One - Way Transfer from Pier 66 to SeaTac international Airport worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 20 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seattle, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule One - Way Transfer from Pier 66 to SeaTac international Airport?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is One - Way Transfer from Pier 66 to SeaTac international Airport suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book One - Way Transfer from Pier 66 to SeaTac international Airport?

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seattle can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seattle and add a light layer if any part of the 0.8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does One - Way Transfer from Pier 66 to SeaTac international Airport start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seattle within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Seattle?

    +

Seattle's best days leave the city: Mount Rainier, the San Juans, Olympic National Park and Snoqualmie Falls are all day-trip range, and each one lives or dies on the driver-guide. In town, Pike Place food tours, underground history walks and harbour cruises dominate. Our ranking favours operators with small vans over full coaches on the mountain runs. On Outty we rank every Seattle experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mt. Rainier Day Tour from Seattle, Seattle City and Snoqualmie Falls Half-Day Guided Tour, Mt. Rainier National Park Highlights Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Seattle?

    +

June to September for clear Rainier views and reliable ferry weather. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Seattle?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
