A low cost
I considered booking with this agency from the very beginning, as I had already taken other tours with them. Upon arriving in Cancun I called the agency to book my transportation to my hotel. It was truly a pleasant and enjoyable experience, especially considering the total price I paid even with the additional airport taxes that are charged separately. Many thanks to the agency and to our driver. The service is truly recommended and absolutely reliable. You avoid the excessive costs charged by the fixed airport agencies located inside Cancun Airport’s terminal.

Had to give cash after paying online not to get out out on the side of the road
The scariest experience I have ever had traveling in Cancun. The driver pulled over mid ride and requested more cash be paid for the trip $45 more. That is what I already had paid online I’ve heard that you should be careful with airport transportation and take a reputable company. I have heard of this company many times in the past so I thought it was a good company. That was not the case. I paid for $45 through an online booking link sent to me by email the day of after calling on the phone and stating the hotel we were staying at. It was a one way transportation for my family of 4. We were basically forced to pay or be put out. I was with my fiance his mom and daughter who had never been to Cancun and it was so scary. I thank God we made it to the r hotel safely.
Response from the operator: Dear Tanica, We have thoroughly reviewed each of the situations that occurred during your service yesterday, and we deeply regret the perception you had of the experience. Below, we share our conclusions: 1. Reservation Time The reservation registered for August 4th was scheduled for a 5:00 pm transfer. When you requested to move it to 4:00 pm, our team did everything possible to expedite the service and accommodate your request immediately. However, this did not imply a prior modification of the original booking time. 2. Transparency in Fees We always recommend requesting your ticket or printed receipt, as we do not operate with hidden fees. The additional charge made by our transportation staff corresponds solely to airport taxes and the dock fee, which are clearly listed in the “Included / Not Included” section of our website. We understand that this information may not have been entirely clear at the time, and we appreciate your feedback to help us continue improving. 3. Pick-Up Location It appears that you exited the airport through an unauthorized area for private transportation services, which caused confusion regarding the meeting point. For future transfers, please follow the instructions indicated on your voucher, as we have designated areas authorized for passenger pick-up. 4. Driver’s Conduct We have reviewed the video recordings from the assigned vehicle and can confirm that at no time did our driver act outside the established guidelines. We adhere to strict customer service protocols, and we regret to inform you that no disrespectful behavior was detected from our staff. We remain at your disposal for any further questions or clarifications. Our commitment is always to provide you with quality service. Best regards, Abel Martínez Aguilar OneClickToCancun

One Way Transfer From Cancun Airport to Hotels: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.
How much does One Way Transfer From Cancun Airport to Hotels cost?
+
Prices start at $45 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does One Way Transfer From Cancun Airport to Hotels take?
+
Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.
Is One Way Transfer From Cancun Airport to Hotels worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 39 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule One Way Transfer From Cancun Airport to Hotels?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is One Way Transfer From Cancun Airport to Hotels suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book One Way Transfer From Cancun Airport to Hotels?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does One Way Transfer From Cancun Airport to Hotels start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cancun?
+
On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
