Great Service, Excellent price, Highly Recommend

We used Mr. Orange to pick up from Beijing Railway station and take us to our hotel. Since we didn't speak the language we even ask Mr. Orange to arrange a Porter for us at the Railway station who was waiting for us at the carriage when we arrived. The Porter took all our baggage (6 large suitcases) and helped us get to the location to meet the Mr. Orange driver. The porter service arranged during the train ride with Sophia from Mr. Orange on the WeChat app. They were on time, friendly and went the extra mile to make the transfer the easiest ever. 5 Stars to Sophia and Mr. Orange!! and I would definitely use them again when in Beijing.

Great Pick up from Beijing Train Station and Drop-Off at Beijing Airport

My family group received great pick-up and drop-off service from Mr. Orange during our recent stay in Beijing. We were traveling with extra luggage on our trip to Beijing and I had requested a larger van for both the pick-up and drop-off a few days later. Communication with the company was great for both trips and I received the driver info and license plate number the day before our scheduled transfers. Payment for both trips was reasonable and easy to complete via Paypal. Our first transfer was from Beijing West Rail Station. The driver was at the pick-up location at our arrival with a sign and was easy to find. He called our hotel ahead of our arrival and the staff met us outside to collect the luggage and walk us to the lobby. Our second transfer to Beijing airport was for an early flight and the driver was waiting for us in the hotel lobby before the scheduled pick up time at 4:50 am. Both transfers were easy to schedule, reasonably priced, and overall excellent. I will definitely use their service again when I return to Beijing.

    Hotel <-> airport/railway station transfers

After reading the reviews, we booked online via their website. It was quick and easy, and we tied up any loose ends very quickly via emails post booking. We booked them for ALL our airport/train station transfers both to and from in Beijing, Shanghai and Xi'an, and also for Shanghai Disneyland. They were outstanding! The drivers were always on time (early in fact!). Most importantly, they set up a chat group using Wechat (Whatsapp also available) to provide real-time support when we were in-country. David and his staff kept track of all of our trips and pro-actively checked in/reminded us before each pick-up. Very highly recommended!

One way private transfer between Beijing railway station and downtown Beijing: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Beijing.

How much does One way private transfer between Beijing railway station and downtown Beijing cost?

    +

Prices start at $14 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Beijing usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does One way private transfer between Beijing railway station and downtown Beijing take?

    +

Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Beijing is not rushed.

Is One way private transfer between Beijing railway station and downtown Beijing worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Beijing, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule One way private transfer between Beijing railway station and downtown Beijing?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is One way private transfer between Beijing railway station and downtown Beijing suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book One way private transfer between Beijing railway station and downtown Beijing?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Beijing can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Beijing and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does One way private transfer between Beijing railway station and downtown Beijing start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Beijing within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Beijing?

    +

On Outty we rank every Beijing experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mubus: Mutianyu Great Wall Bus Tour with Summer Palace Options, Beijing: Top 6 Highlights All Inclusive 2-Day Private Tour, Private Mutianyu Great Wall Trip With English-Speaking Driver. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Beijing?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Beijing?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
