Highly recommend this tour with Gregory
Gregory was our guide and he took great care of us. We were able to view at our own pace, had a great local lunch, and saw everything we wanted. We were not rushed and Gregory was very kind and friendly.

Private tour and our...
Private tour and our guide was great. Long day driving but was able to avoid many of the hassles of larger bus tours. It was nice to get away from Krakow for the day.

Wadowice & Czestochowa Tour from Krakow
This tour went very well and mostly on the expected time schedule. It was a full day with efficient driving in a very comfortable car driven by a very personable and fluent-in-English young man. The visits to Wadowice & Czestochowa were as promised and worth the time and money for the visits. It was a Holy Day and a Saturday so more commotion with weddings than might otherwise be the case but we got to do and see everything including the private tour of the church. Lunch was not included but we were taken to a very popular, large family oriented local restaurant for a very delicious late lunch/early dinner of local favorites. This was a very satisfying day and we were very pleased with the whole package. Highly recommended.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review. It was our pleasure to take you on this tour.

Fabulous tour
I am not a Catholic but I went on this tour and learnt so much. The first stop was in Wadowice to see the school John Paul II attended, followed by an audio guided tour round the museum before entering the church. After we sampled some delicious cream cake. The chapel was beautiful and we were lucky to visit when a wedding was taking place. After the visit to Częstochowa we went for a lovely dinner at a hidden gem restaurant to have traditional polish food. Gregory the guide was amazing, with so much knowledge and the other people on the tour clearly thoroughly enjoyed the tour and found it full filling.

Never turned up
We booked and had the trip confirmed. We were only in Krakow for a few days and this was the main trip we were looking forward to. They were supposed to pick us up at 9. By 9.15 I hadn’t heard and realised something was wrong. I tried going to their website which doesn’t exist. Eventually they replied via viator. Not to apologise or explain but just to say it was rescheduled to the next day. We couldn't do the next day and by then it did feel like a scam. They have refunded me but if I hadn’t chased what would have happened? I wonder how many others have been scammed by this company. Please avoid

Why this scores 57
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
One-Day Wadowice & Czestochowa Tour from Krakow: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krakow.
How much does One-Day Wadowice & Czestochowa Tour from Krakow cost?
+
Prices start at $200 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krakow usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does One-Day Wadowice & Czestochowa Tour from Krakow take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krakow is not rushed.
Is One-Day Wadowice & Czestochowa Tour from Krakow worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Krakow, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule One-Day Wadowice & Czestochowa Tour from Krakow?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is One-Day Wadowice & Czestochowa Tour from Krakow suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book One-Day Wadowice & Czestochowa Tour from Krakow?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krakow can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krakow and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does One-Day Wadowice & Czestochowa Tour from Krakow start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krakow within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Krakow?
+
On Outty we rank every Krakow experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Complete Cracow Bike Tour (small group of maximum 15 people!), Krakow–Zakopane: Cable Car, Chocholow Baths, Cheese & Vodka, Krakow: Zakopane & Hot Springs Tour with Cable Car (Hotel Pickup). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Krakow?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Krakow?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
