Super trip for the entire family!!!!

The trip was absolutely fantastic. The guides have been super friendly. It was fantastic to be so close to the elephants. We had the impression that the elephants have been treated very nicely. The rafting and sticky waterfalls also clear recommendation. The lady from the broker is very happy forgot my shoes in the van. All in all, it was the best trip we had in Chiang Mai.

Great activities tour operator is unorganized.

The activities were great the elephant sanctuary was very well run. However there was no tour guide just a driver who spoke no English. The driver also got lost leading to us spending an hour or two on the road that was unnecessary. Also someone on the bus was told they would have a different tour and when we ended up lost she wasted a whole day trying to get back to Chiang Mai. Overall the actual sights and activities were good but this tour operator isn’t well organized.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the activities and found the elephant sanctuary well-run. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of an English-speaking tour guide and the driver getting lost. Unfortunately, there was unexpected road construction which contributed to the delay, and we are actively working on better route planning to avoid such issues in the future. Your feedback is valuable, and we will address these concerns to improve our organization and provide a better experience for our guests. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    Varied full-day trip for families!

The trip exceeded our expectations. A short, relaxed rafting trip (because the water level is relatively low, that was just right for us), followed by an elephant sanctuary (right at the end of the rafting trip), really lovingly designed without mass tourism. Lunch with water and coconut for everyone. At the end, Sticky Waterfall. The journey there and back only took about an hour each. That was just right for us!!! It took about 7.5 hours in total from pick-up to return to the hotel. Highly recommended.

How much does One Day Sticky Waterfall, White Water Rafting,Elephants Sanctuary cost?

    +

Prices start at $95 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Chiang Mai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does One Day Sticky Waterfall, White Water Rafting,Elephants Sanctuary take?

Is One Day Sticky Waterfall, White Water Rafting,Elephants Sanctuary worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Chiang Mai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

How far in advance should I book One Day Sticky Waterfall, White Water Rafting,Elephants Sanctuary?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Chiang Mai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Chiang Mai and add a light layer if any part of the 7.1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does One Day Sticky Waterfall, White Water Rafting,Elephants Sanctuary start and how do I get there?

    +

What are the best things to do in Chiang Mai?

    +

On Outty we rank every Chiang Mai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half-Day Thai Cooking Class at Organic Farm in Chiang Mai, Full Day Thai Cooking at Farm (Chiang Mai), Thai and Akha Cooking Class in Chiang Mai. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Chiang Mai?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Chiang Mai?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
