Day in Florence and Pisa
The tour was great even though we were rained out after Pisa. Michele was our guide and I could not thank him enough for waiting for me to arrive to the pick up point as I misread the instructions. He was a great host and guide with all the relevant details as we needed them. He was attentive to the group and made sure we were back on time. Both sites were incredible and having free time around Pisa was really nice as I could focus on what was interesting to me. Please thank him again for me.

Over-Paid
I paid way too much on Viator for this trip compared to others who just joined and paid at Livorno. They also allowed people to join the walking tour who didn’t pay and I did. Very disappointed in the service.

Perfect Balance of Guided Tour and Free Time
My partner and I wanted to experience both Florence and Pisa without worrying about transportation from the cruise port. Everything was well organized from pickup to drop-off. The coach was clean and cool despite the summer heat. Our guide in Florence was knowledgeable but never rushed the group, leaving enough time for us to wander the streets on our own afterward. Pisa was equally enjoyable, especially having enough free time to visit the square and relax with a coffee. Knowing our return to the ship was guaranteed allowed us to enjoy the day without constantly checking the time. We were very happy with the experience.

Worth Every Euro
We only had one day in port, so visiting both Florence and Pisa sounded ambitious. Surprisingly, the itinerary never felt rushed. The comfortable coach made the journey pleasant, and the guide in Florence gave us a great introduction before setting us free to explore. We enjoyed lunch during our free time and later had plenty of opportunities for pictures in Pisa. Customer support had been helpful before the tour, answering several questions quickly. Everything finished exactly as scheduled, making it ideal for cruise passengers.
