Ronny was a great tour guide. I did not realize I had actually scheduled a private tour, but Ronny made that experience great. We had a great time and he was so knowledgeable and accommodating. We saw some spectacular sights and he made the entire tour fun. We also visited several venues he pointed out along the way. Bad experience
Very bad experience, we went to the meeting point and the guide was not presented, we waited, we wrote and nothing....by the time they answered we had already resolved on our own taking a tourist bus.....we had the limited time because we were traveling later to Québec..., I hope Viator minimum refund without problems.
