Here’s a polished version...
We had a great time on the boat trip from Larnaca! The whole experience was very well organized and efficient, with a really fun atmosphere throughout the day. Captain Andreas was fantastic. He was attentive to everyone’s safety, gave thorough safety announcements, and kept the itinerary running smoothly. He was also incredibly encouraging and helped one of the ladies in our group who was nervous about swimming feel much more comfortable. And yes, he even encouraged everyone to take the plunge and jump off the boat on all deck levels The water was absolutely beautiful and crystal clear. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and a turtle, which was definitely a highlight. There was plenty of wine and shots throughout the trip, fresh watermelon, and lots of food. The chicken smelled amazing, and there were also plenty of vegetarian options, so no one went hungry. The crew kept things clean and cleared cups throughout the day. One of the women on board got everyone dancing, which made the atmosphere even more fun and festive. Overall, it was a fantastic day on the water with great food, drinks, music, swimming, and beautiful scenery. Highly recommend! **One thing to keep in mind:** although the tour itself may be advertised as around five hours, the bus ride back to Larnaca took about 80 minutes because of multiple stops. So, if you're planning other activities afterward, definitely allow extra time .

No Snorkeling
No fish to be seen at 3 swimming spots. The food was good, music ok, but swimming was restricted to right next to the boat. We enjoyed the colors of the water, but overall the tour was disappointing.

Lots of sailing!
The boat departed from Larnaca marina. This was a nice trip however, it took quite a long time to sail to each place. The first stop was a shipwreck and the closest; there were other boats there with divers so didn’t see anything. Next was a long sail to the next swim stop -almost an hour. No scenery to look at, just open sea or the distant coastline. Swim stop was good; life jackets provided if you want it. After that our next stop was to see the caves but we could not get into the water here, only take photos from our boat. Thd scenery was nice though and the guide told stories about the caves. The next stop was at Blue Lagoon where we saw one turtle swimming in the sea. I went into the sea with my snorkel and when I looked up, I was so far away from the boat because the water was rough and I really struggled to swim back to the boat. At one point I got a bit panicked as every time I took a breath, I was pushed back further away from the boat. I finally managed to swim back but let me tell you, it took everything I had - the sea was so choppy. When I did get back, I was exhausted and decided never again. Hence I didn’t get in the water again! The food provided for lunch was buffet style with plenty of choice and very tasty. They also bought round fresh watermelon for a snack. The guide was very informative and friendly. They dropped us off at the end of the trip at a different marina and we had to transfer to smaller boats to get back to shore.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Larnaca.
How much does Odyssey Boat Trip from Larnaka Marina cost?

Prices start at $91 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Larnaca usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Odyssey Boat Trip from Larnaka Marina take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Larnaca is not rushed.
Is Odyssey Boat Trip from Larnaka Marina worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 29 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Larnaca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Odyssey Boat Trip from Larnaka Marina?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Odyssey Boat Trip from Larnaka Marina suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Odyssey Boat Trip from Larnaka Marina?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Larnaca can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Larnaca and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Larnaca?
+

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Larnaca?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Larnaca?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
