Ocean Catamaran Cruise Ibiza with Unlimited Drinks and BBQ

Messed us around and really dissapointed.

Be very very wary when booking! We booked this originally for the 15th June, when I got a message the day before advising due to scheduling changes with the boats that they couldn’t do it, rescheduled for the 16th and was told to come at same time and destination which was to be there at 5pm for a 5:30 departure. On the 16th, me and my missus got ready, got dressed ready, got a taxi to San antonio, at 4:30pm(!) we got a phone call from a lad called Adam advising us that due to the sea changes our boat was cancelled again!! He did apologise, and offered us alternative boats which was more party boats which wasn’t what we wanted. What I don’t get is, why would they move us onto another boat if the sea changes cancelled it before? I personally think not enough people was booked on and they cancelled on us last minute due to this. I did get a full refund which was authorised straight away, but I wouldn’t book again due to the messing around, really really dissapointed as this was supposed to be for our Honeymoon. 👎🏻

We were hoping the boat would be able to sail, as the sea conditions initially looked like they might improve, but they suddenly changed and the captain decided it wasn't safe to go ahead. Unfortunately, we don't always receive that final decision until shortly before departure. Thankfully, this is very rare, and in most cases we're able to predict the conditions much earlier. As soon as we were informed, we contacted you immediately, offered alternative options, and processed your full refund straight away. We'd also like to reassure future guests that we never cancel tours because of low numbers. If a tour is cancelled, it's only ever for safety reasons. We're very sorry again for the disappointment and wish you both all the best.

Rowdy crowd !!!

The crew on board were amazing. Unfortunately the sales team let down the experince here. They sold a group of 24 rowdy crowd. They ruined the experince for every other small group on board. This was sold to us as a small chilled sunset but then we realised 24 group of rowdy lad and girls were on with us. One even fell down the stairs he was that drunk. The crew captain were all amazing tried to calm down the group but it was gone to far. Whoever sold the tickets to these guys ruined everyone’s experince made hard work for the crew and I think only thought of money in the moment. The poor crew were apologising to us at the end. For the price we paid it was a big let down. The food was average sausages chicken and some small salad. I think in future the sales team should be mindful of selling to large groups if this is being sold as a Chilled sunset vibes

Boat day is a must

Lovely day out on a boat! We did few swimstops, water was perfect to snorkel! I enjoyed the food the most though, chicken from BBQ was really good.We also had open bar for the whole 4hrs, was perfect pres as we had an event afterwards

Great Day our!

I booked this to come aliñe and met lots of friends tonparty with. The BBQ Was delicious and u limites drinks were Fantástico as im a big drinker!

Amazing!

Bloody great BBQ. Tasty BBQ Tasty drinks what more could you ask for i would defiantly recommend. Adam was such a good sport and hes got some bloody brilliant dance moves. He does a great worm.
