No Break from Chatter
The tour could have been fine, were it not for the deiver who would not shut up at any point. We were with this man for 10 hours and he did not stop talking the entire day. EVERYONE on the tour, aside from the few seniors sitting up front by him, were furious and we all got off the bus angry and complaining at the end of the tour. At one point one of the passengers had to ask him to give us some silent time and he refused. We would arrive at stops and he would keep us on the bus, with the door closed, foe 3-4 minutes while finishing his comments UNRELATED to the stop, and then he'd shave those minutes off our time available to visit the stop! Passengers missed out on important details about the island and poijts of interest because of the driver's nonstop stream of consciousness into the mic ALL DAY about facts and thoughts and personal information about himself and his friends and family and life that were wholly irrelevant to the tour. I want to demand my money back but instead I'll juat speak with my wallet and NEVER book through this company again.

Very Disappointing
First impression was very poor. The supervisor on site was VERY belligerent and rude. The driver/guide was good but not better than good. He kept up an amiable chatter but should have conveyed more information. The real problem was the small number of scenic stops. They were also very brief and did not allow for much exploration of the sites. The biggest problem was the second half of the trip which was almost all stops at gift shops. Although it was listed as an attraction to be visited, we only road past turtle beach quickly and had very limited views of it. The beach stop was eliminated supposedly due to the brownness of the water (although there were many people on the beach). All of this would have been known to the tour company but they still advertised these attractions. We did not get what we paid for.

The best

Johnny made the tour standout
This tour was perfect for us. Just some places we wanted to go and other places not so much. Originally we were gonna do the dole tour and couple other places and when we saw the stops we knew this was perfect for us and the price made so much sense. The standout of the tour was our driver and tour guide. For the entire tour he kept everyone entertained and made us all welcome and participate in all parts of the tour. Johnny knew a lot about lot’s of things and challenged everyone including a very fun game earning points…everyone participated…not easy to do for 8 plus hours but Johnny made the tour fun. Thank you Johnny from Wil and Jace from SF

Disappointing tour.
The tour itself was disappointing and not worth the money, but the biggest issue was the tour guide's attitude. Throughout the experience, he came across as condescending and dismissive, making me feel like my questions and concerns weren't valued. Instead of creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, his behavior made the tour uncomfortable and frustrating.

Why this scores 66
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Oahu Allstar Circle Island Tour: Dole, Turtles, Blowhole, Fun: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Oahu.
How much does Oahu Allstar Circle Island Tour: Dole, Turtles, Blowhole, Fun cost?
+
Prices start at $94 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Oahu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Oahu Allstar Circle Island Tour: Dole, Turtles, Blowhole, Fun take?
+
Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Oahu is not rushed.
Is Oahu Allstar Circle Island Tour: Dole, Turtles, Blowhole, Fun worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 143 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Oahu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Oahu Allstar Circle Island Tour: Dole, Turtles, Blowhole, Fun?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Oahu Allstar Circle Island Tour: Dole, Turtles, Blowhole, Fun suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Oahu Allstar Circle Island Tour: Dole, Turtles, Blowhole, Fun?
+
Around 50 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Oahu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Oahu and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Oahu Allstar Circle Island Tour: Dole, Turtles, Blowhole, Fun start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Oahu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Oahu?
+
On Outty we rank every Oahu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Oahu: Full or Half Day Grand Circle Island Tour, Pearl Harbor Remembered Tour, Oahu Small-Group Circle Island Tour with Turtle Snorkeling. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Oahu?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Oahu?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
