Fan day out with plenty of jumps
We had a fantastic experience with our activity leader, Ania. She was amazing—guiding us through the jumps with great enthusiasm and clear expertise. We were a family of four with some prior experience in this type of activity, as I’m a Scout leader and the rest of the family are also Scouts. Our group included another six people with a range of abilities, and Ania did a brilliant job making sure everyone felt safe and included. We chose not to do the abseiling with the rest of the group, mainly because our family has done it many times before. The adrenaline from the jumps and swimming in the swell was more than enough to keep us happy! To top off the day, we explored a sea cave at the end—an incredible experience and the perfect way to finish. We booked through the website, and communication via email was excellent—prompt, helpful, and clear. We'll definitely be back when we return to Mallorca! Sorry, I couldn’t find the link on your website to leave a Google review. Five stars from us!

Poor communication
Do not book through TripAdvisor/ Viator. Tickets and App has Meeting Point gps start time and arrival details that do not reflect when the company will actually come. Ticket / meeting point start and get there time 10:00. No other trip warning that an email or call will give me an earlier time. So they came at 9:20 and I didn’t get the calls/ emails sent earlier. Changing time should be 24 hours notice with confirmation. Ticket/ meeting point / gps should give detailed specifications. Poor business communication for tourists that might not get email/ phone service last minute.
Response from the operator: Thanks so much for your low review which reflects on experience mallorca not The application we called and emailed twice with the information for your tour including having reception call your room and sign a paper to prove our guide was there 15 minutes waiting for you. The tour stats at the meeting point at 10am however pickups from hotels need to begin before this. I am sorry you didn't see the information correctly. But this really wasn't our fault

Great experience and a lot of fun
We actually wanted to go canyoning, but the water level didn't allow it. We didn't regret it, quite the opposite in fact. It was a great experience with a mix of activities from cliff jumping to exploring caves (which was amazing!). Juan was a very friendly and proficient guide. The communication and arrangements were very easy. If you want to do something at short notice, it's best to call directly. Bottom line: Highly recommended!

Being challenged with the cliff jumping and gaining confidence as we progressed to higher jumps. The cave was really interesting too.

A great way to traverse the beauty of the Mallorca coastline
Forgot how salty the sea is until you jump of a cliff into it and spray the under side of your brain via your nose !! The tour is well organised and supported, with a clear meeting location and a phone number that was answered on the day to confirm:any queries. Our lead guide Alba took us to the start point and got us kitted out. The equipment is in good condition and suitable for the task ahead. Side note, if you are as white as me and on your first day of vacation in the Balearic sun be prepared for sun burn/tan in the shape of the sleeveless wetsuit! The action from here consists of 3-4 cliff jumps into the sea from gradually increasing heights, one (quite short) abseil, some deep solo rock climbing and then a swim through a dark cave in the rocks (possibly the highlight for me). The guides have a great sense of humour and really try to help people who are struggling through (especially on the climbing where strength and height are big advantages), however they really don’t force anyone to do anything they are uncomfortable with. My partner opted out of the highest cliff jump, and they only asked enough to be sure she didn’t want to do it before taking her on an alternate route into the water to rejoin the group. One hint I would give them though, is that all the guides were continually at the front of the group, would have been good to have them at the back and middle to support those at the back of the pack. All in all, worth a go!
