Safari experience worth visiting, but would not use this tour company
So disappointed. The experience was totally disorganised. We even needed to chase our tickets on the day of our tour, then when we arrived at the safari we learnt that the tickets did not actually give us entry as expected. There was no ticket for the skip the line tram ride or an actual timeslot to see the nature show. This was despite the fact we had questioned this when we finally did receive our tickets. If it wasn't for the help of a safari team member the night would have been a disaster. The night safari was definitely worth visiting but would not book via this tour company.
Response from the operator: We are very sorry to hear about your disappointing experience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand your frustration regarding the delay in receiving your tickets and the confusion about the inclusions upon arrival. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We take your concerns seriously and will investigate the ticket delivery process, product information, and communication provided by our team to understand what went wrong. We are grateful that a member of the safari team was able to assist you and help ensure that you could still enjoy the experience. We are also pleased to hear that you found the Night Safari worth visiting. Your feedback is extremely valuable and will help us improve our services and communication for future guests.

Attention. Booking through TripAdvisor is dangerous.
You should definitely not make a TripAdvisor reservation. Order and purchase Priority tickets on TripAdvisor. It's just a ticket to enter the park, even though it's a skipline ticket so it costs more than usual. I lost touch with him when I inquired on the day and pointed it out. No refunds will be given. Tickets that can be booked on site the day before are sold for a high price, despite being just admission tickets. I'll share it with you so that you don't lose more victims, although you'll probably only be in tears. You should avoid buying this ticket, tickets via TripAdvisor. As the Watts-Up exchange says, one company recruiting on TripAdvisor will contact another in the UAE, which is quite dangerous, including TripAdvisor.
Response from the operator: Dear Sir, We are very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by your experience. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the ticket type and the lack of proper communication from our side. We take your feedback very seriously and we will fully investigate this issue with our support and booking team to understand what happened. We are also working to improve our customer service and communication to ensure a better experience for all guests in the future. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

“Skip the line” option doesn’t exist
Booked skip the line tickets for the night safari tram ride… “the skip the line” option doesn’t exist so the manager asked me to post this review.
Response from the operator: We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have noted your feedback and will investigate this issue with the concerned team. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

Do Not Use This Operator
The Night Safari itself is awesome. The problem is with this operator they claim to sell skip the Q tickets and charge at premium. I purchased these ticket but on arrival to the park was advised that skip the Q tickets no longer existed and were stopped a long time ago and now there were only standard tickets .
Response from the operator: We’re sorry for the confusion and inconvenience caused. The information provided was based on the details available at the time of booking. We’ll review this with our partner to ensure such issues don’t happen again.

Why this scores 34
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Night Safari Singapore Skip the Line Tickets with Tram Ride: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Singapore.
How much does Night Safari Singapore Skip the Line Tickets with Tram Ride cost?
+
Prices start at $66 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Singapore usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Night Safari Singapore Skip the Line Tickets with Tram Ride take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Singapore is not rushed.
Is Night Safari Singapore Skip the Line Tickets with Tram Ride worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 34 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (1.3/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Singapore, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Night Safari Singapore Skip the Line Tickets with Tram Ride?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Night Safari Singapore Skip the Line Tickets with Tram Ride suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Night Safari Singapore Skip the Line Tickets with Tram Ride?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Singapore can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Singapore and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Night Safari Singapore Skip the Line Tickets with Tram Ride start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Singapore within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Singapore?
+
On Outty we rank every Singapore experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Singapore Highlights Small Group Bike Tour on Full-Sized Bicycles, Lion City Bike Tour of Singapore, Singapore River Cruise, Night Garden Rhapsody & Spectra by CYT. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Singapore?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Singapore?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
